Someone entered 50 into one of the listings and it changed to 29 so at least one of the sellers has 29 of them.

Same thing here. Didn't get Speedy and James Gunn. Freddy Liberty is on the top of my wish list. Hope it will be on sale today so at least I can stop to refresh this page...

I've been thinking all weekend, that if I wanted to, I could have gotten every release so far. I was always right on time including for the Cereal POPs and Speedy, but for Gunn, there was no way. I pressed refresh and he was already sold out.

A world without limited editions would be boring as hell.

In my opinion, low stock for some figs or Limited edition is what is making the hunt fun, tough, and rewarding. I do understand that it can be very very annoying for people when it's such in low quantities (compared to the demand) that website crashed because of traffic/sold out in 2 minutes/rush to some stores. But I also feel like this the whole point of the hunt...

I agree 100%, the short supply limited are what keep pops interesting. Even with going with the "Convention" stickers so they are shared much more kinda removed the excitement of most con pieces these days. I missed on Speedy, it was fast and furious, I was upset I missed him but I love the fact knowing I have a pop on my "new" want list that will be a hunt, not so much "Drive to store, pick through 17 damaged boxes to find the best one" want list

But how does that profit Funko? If there are 2000 people or so that want James Gunn, how does it help them to make 500, and have all of them sell, than make 2000, please everybody, and continue to have happy customers? Funko should try to keep their customers satisfied, not drive them away by locking away everything they want behind a con or a LE number.

It shouldn't be sold less than 30sec like James Gunn at least! But it might sell out within 5mins (since speedy was sold out within 4mins) so you have to be ready to click asap! Good luck!

DON'T JINX ME NOW!!! Not the biggest Funko collector... but it seems Pops are the most sought after, so it kinda explains why they go so fast. I'm hoping since the Cuphead pack is just Vinyl Figures (or whatever you want to call them) they'll stick around for a bit.

Although the game is getting a LOT of popularity right now. I just can't afford to spend anything more than their original cost, so I'm hoping this will be my one (and hopefully only) Funko Shop buy ever.

I don't think Funko cares because they probably get paid up front for the exclusives and what any individual store does with them, especially the limited edition ones, is really irrelevant to them. They can light them on fire for all Funko cares.

Because Funko also has to make their vendors happy and having limited editions drives business through the door of their vendors, which in turn buy more product from Funko. You have to remember that you and I are not Funko's real customers. It's the retail stores that buy from Funko that they really care about.

You better be right

It won't be as bad as Gunn, but you will still need to get checked out within 5-10 minutes. No small task since they aren't any announced times, just estimations based on the past days.
