That is awesome of you! I'm sure some funatics might be willing to meet you at the booth and give you the cash there. That way you don't have pay upfront out of your own pocket.

That would be a serious concern if they aren't limited how many any one person can buy. It's great that people who are going are offering to help those who can't, but what's to stop a scalper from walking in with $10k and just cleaning the place out and putting it all on eBay for $200 each?

I haven't seen anything for the Old Man Logan pop yet, but if he is HT, that'll be 3 different stops for me unfortunately: BAM for First Doctor, Toys R Us for Superman #1, and wherever for Old Man Logan.
All three I NEED. Sadly my closest TRU never carries exclusives, so I'm afraid Superman might be online only, or at least online for me, which means I may not get him. My plan is to take my break at work early and go straight to B&N when they open for the Black Chrome Batman and Snape, then off to the mall for HT and GameStop to see what they have. Hopefully I luck out, but I'm pretty worried about my main three!

NYCC should be midnight because the con is east cost and has to release the actual time of 12am EST
It was 3AM EST for SDCC since it was 12am West coast time

This is what makes sense to me also. Midnight release pacific time for SDCC since that's where the con is. Would be great for a midnight release eastern time for NYCC exclusives.
