Rock Candy Vinyl Figures!

I'm glad I got the non-hanging ones since they can stack now. I can see why they would want the option to hang though, it gives them a little more freedom with shelf space. I wonder if all of them will be going towards that from now on.

The new design seems to take up more space than it saves.

There's not as much that hangs though, just the shirts right now (and some of the other pop 3 packs that got clearanced out). Maybe this is Funko's way of pushing us to be OOB collectors

Hanging blows, the cardboard just gets torn by little kids who are too short and too eager to grab at toys in stores.

Target should create a real section instead of their current configuration. A lot of times they have things on display that are so big that they crush whatever they happen to jam underneath the hanging hooks.

Target is now carrying the Marvel Rock Candies. The packaging is a little different. The boxes are a tad smaller but have hanging holes now.

First time I've seen the ones like that! Wonder if it's a Target only thing or a box change all together..

I haven't officially compared, but I think it's just an illusion because the box is smaller. There's a lot of extra around the figures as is.

They missed a great opportunity to do a comic style Ramona with subspace Scott and a bat instead of Large Hammer. That gets the titular character featured while keeping the focus on Ramona. Instead, we get a movie mashup. She never used the delivery skates or Large Hammer in the same scene. If N52 Harley is any indication, more than half of the Large Hammer handles will be warped. And it's not a very good pose. You could get away with that with a comic inspired figure because it's based on 2D. But as a movie figure, it just looks like she's waiting for the restroom.

I'm holding out to see her in person, but sometimes the glams can be deceiving. I see your point though about the mishmash outfit/weapon. I read the comics awhile back and loved the movie, but not enough to pick up on it, and not enough that I would notice with the cute Rock Candy.

I think my biggest issue is how the handle goes through her bag strap instead of over it. It feels like the digital sculpt was finished, and then at the last minute somebody said, let's add the hammer. And nobody argued how it would be a better figure without it. The handle on their sample isn't straight which means they probably don't even care that it's an issue.

I like Gwenpool a lot more. Sword might be a little bent as well but that's far more fixable. Would have been nice attention to detail to have the other sword visibly sheathed, but the larger head would have inhibited that anyway.
