Whats up with making us do all the footwork to cancel our orders for their $10 credit? I figured it was automatically cancelled but then reread the email. You have to go in and finish placing the order, get your account charged, then call their customer service to have your order cancelled to get the $10 credit. Disney can go f*** themselves. I checked my order status and it says mine is still processing. Wonder if I refuse to cancel it if it'll place me as a preorder for the next release. Seems like the email was sent to scare people into cancelling their orders instead outright doing it themselves.

Anyone get through to customer service and ask this yet?

The way it's worded it looks like they are referring to your next order. It says your card will not be charged and to re-order through the app, then email for the $10 credit. I could be wrong but that's just how it looks to me.

I'm still stuck in limbo. I haven't gotten a cancellation email yet, but I also haven't gotten a shipping email. I'm trying to expect the cancellation one so I'm not as disappointed, but I will be when it comes.

The way it's worded it looks like they are referring to your next order. It says your card will not be charged and to re-order through the app, then email for the $10 credit. I could be wrong but that's just how it looks to me.

Well, from what I heard the Ghosts were 25 per! So they definitely "reduced" the amount people could buy, but it clearly didn't help.

Honestly, as much as Hatbox Ghost is my new "Grail", I've otherwise given up entirely on Disney Park exclusives. Here's hoping the next ones are actual Disney Park characters and not a beloved icon like Indy again. I don't know if my collecting heart would be able to take it.

I also suggested that they drastically decrease the limit from 10 to a much more reasonable 2 to help give real collectors a better chance of getting it than the resellers and I pointed out that people already had it listed on ebay for 50+... She said they will get back to me and let me know if I have any options because she can understand why it would be frustrating for someone in my situation to have my order cancelled.

Mine came from merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com, and the title was Indian Jones POP! Vinyl Figure. I got 2 emails back to back, one with a link that I never clicked in case it removes my order, haha

now it doesn't even show up on the disney parks site for sale anymore...i spoke to a rep on SAturday they said to call the stores cuz they shipment everyday and they let u make phone orders...gonna try that avenue

I was at SDCC and this was one of the main 3 I was going for. Got in line at Midnight on thursday, camped out, and ended up not even getting to draw for a wristband. Hopefully these will POP back up at some time in the future.

Called Disney to see when the money would be put back in and they said they never charged me for it...."umm yea you did" the email says the order is sold out but then the rep states that it'll stay pending until shipped. If they never get them back in stock we'll all just have how ever much we spent just on hold in out r bank accts

Well pending charges drop off after 7 days or post so we will know by the end of this week, I'm honestly not optimistic after seeing the amount that are being put on ebay by certain buyers. Everyone just keep their fingers crossed that funko gets the indiana jones movie license in the near future.

Wtf? Mine says it is pending as well.... The odd thing is after I got the cancellation it didn't even show the order in there anymore, but now it does and says processing order?...... I really hope this is the real deal and I'm still getting this.

I called and they said the charges pending are a hold that should drop off in 2-5 days (ugh). And they even went as far as to tell me to not overpay to resellers because they will be restocking twice in September.

if they are restocking twice the people who preordered should have first shot at getting them once they come in stock but i know it's a pipedream.

I noticed in the email that they said they would notify us when the restock comes in, I asked if they are going to announce it to everyone or just those of us whose ordered got cancelled, and what safeguards they are enacting to make sure they don't run into this problem again.

I hope they pop up again. YOu would think with the popularity of the HM ghosts and how fast they sold, that they would want to do a LOT more.
