Disney Dorbz Chases

I'm chomping at the bit for the new Alice Dorbz and that Maleficent. My local HT didn't even get the NBC Dorbz. I saw a few people of Facebook that got the B&W Alice and the fading Cheshire Cat in Australia. I can't wait to see those in person.

Has anyone seen metallic Maleficent in stores yet? I have seen a few on Instagram and I might cry if I miss out.

I just checked ebay for them and was amazed at how many hit ebay today and the fact most are asking $70+.

since they are in socal im hoping they appear in az. Tho it is almost more sad to see them come in and then also go out (and straight on to ebay)

1 of the three stores near me in NY got one. Even though I am an overnighter, I will be staying awake in full on stalk mode today for the other two stores. I have spoken to a bunch of collectors at the local hot topics, none that I have spoken to are interested in Dorbz, if I see one of them walking out of that store with Maleficent, I will lost my MIND lol

I love the Dorbz but after the first few waves I cannot find anything in the wild. I was able to purchase all the DC Dorbz between HT & GS. I picked up a few Disney at GS as well. I've seen the Ninja Turtles, but no store around me ever received the NBC.
I have a feeling the chases will be near impossible to find if nothing ever gets stocked in the stores.

Found some in Indiana today. For what it's worth, I was told these aren't going to be in every store.

Checked HT during lunch and they didn't have any new Dorbz. The employee there did not know if they were getting anything but will try to hold one if they should come in. [-o<

I believe that, my HT got in 9, and with over 600 stores and only 1500 it looks likes only the bigger and busier stores will get them in.

yeah looks that way, biggest store in the area got six, others got none. I am pretty upset and i guess i am in fact giving in to flippers.

I am guessing that HT stores don't put any kind of limit on Maleficent. One person can potentially grab the entire stock of one store. For example, one seller on Ebay has seven of these.

the exclusive limit is (apparently//if it is enforced) 10 per person. seems like for mal if a store is getting any its not more then 10 and if they did there is no stopping a group of friends coming and cleaning house.

The largest hot topic near me said they could see in their system that they were getting a case and that it shipped on the 9th. They hadn't gotten it in yet, but they were taking names for a call list. They estimated 8 to be received.

Sigh, I wish numbered exclusives were treated differently.

My HT limits exclusives to 3 per person, I believe it is a store by store basis. The website has a limit of 10, but that's just the most you can order of any item, the qty won't go pass 10.

My local store got 6 yesterday. I snagged one. They limited Funko products to 3 of each per person unless there is some other limit set by corporate. I live in Southern California in Victorville.

I just broke down and bought a Maleficent off Ebay. None of the stores near me got them yet, but I found out that 20 or more people called one store today asking about her. I feel like I have no chance at getting her. Good luck all! :rolleyes:
