Rainbow Dash Hikari

My one and only experience with Hikari so far wasn't too bad. Rainbow Stay Puft, limited to 500, some sold in stores and most sold on HT's website. I ordered it the first day it was put up and I think it lasted one or two days before it was sold out. So as long as you catch it when it's put up (like we seem to do with the regular vinyls) we should be good!

That's assuming (and it's highly likely) that one of these Rainbow Dash variants will be HT exclusive.

Oh, plus HT doing almost constant sales/discounts makes things go quicker, too. So there's always that to think about. But, that almost means not paying nearly as much for the figure!

Also no idea when they are coming you'll have to keep an eye on Hikari Friday announcements, that'll be your best bet at finding out.

But If someone sees these guys in the Hikari Friday announcements- Please do not hesitate to email me and let me know!!!! (If you have time, and the inclination) - I will definitely not mind and will appreciate the notice even if I did spot the announcement- because I am just so nervous about at missing out on any of these guys!

Thanks I would really appreciate a PM or message on instagram!! For whatever reason I'm always very active on forums and what not nothing happens, but that one day or morning I wait awhile before getting online or sleep in is ALWAYS the day something huge happens! Happened with the Big Mac/AJ wave, and the Princesses I think, and the most recent wave,, So I def need a heads up!

I usually see the Hikari Friday posts on Instagram (because I'm forever on IG), so I'll make sure to let everyone know whenever Dashie pops up (if I'm one of the first to find out).

I think the only one I definitely don't need, is the gold one. Having trouble narrowing it further, lol

the gradient rainbows and clear glitters are must-haves...

The gold one is the one I don't need either. Weird variant for a Rainbow Dash. I can't live without the beautiful rainbow gradient Dash, though!

The sparkly gold is pretty- but looks more like Derpy than Dash- I guess it's unlikely they'll do her (since at least in the cartoon- she's basically a Dash re-color anyway)

As with all things Funko, I think the answer to that is: "Not soon enough."

On one hand, I'm glad that the releases are spread out over the year which gives my wallet a break. On the other, seeing the catalog and pictures from Toy Fair so early in the year is just torture.

That said, I hope they release these soon.

Actually they are bigger. About 1.5-2 times it they are on their hind legs. Since Rd is up on her hind legs I would say she's easily as tall as an 8.5 inch piece of paper. Maybe a few inche's higher. It's hard to see the scale next to the other hikari but overall they are taller.

I hope these are spread out a bit. Since the min these will be is $50 I need to put away some money for the hikari since I want them all

I just wonder how many variations we are gonna get..I didn't care for the white and gold ones. I think RD should stay close to her colors and the rainbow.

Perfect timing! I'll be all moved into my new house, complete with a pony room (it's a dream come true... FINALLY) so I know I'll have the room/money for these. I can't wait! :cheers:

I'll either do that or just line the walls with the hundreds of posters I have. lol

It'll be a combined collection room, because I collect a lot of stuff. I'll definitely post pictures after everything gets set up. For the next two months until we move, I'll just keep envisioning how I want the room to look.

Who wants to bet that the first Rainbow Dash Hikari variant to be released will be Hot Topic exclusive?

So my guess (after watching the release of the other Hikari's this year- particularly the ones with many variations) is that Funko will be releasing the Dash variants 2 at a time.

Late summer is so loooooong. But at least I have something to look forward to when summer is drawing to a close (as this is always a sad time in Seattle)

Awwww daaaaaamn! I just learned that Entertainment Earth had the metallic version as an exclusive for pre-sale- and it is already sold out!

I am seriously so bummed I missed out!

So I guess they are getting in earlier than expected? I do wonder when the gradients/glitters are going to appear and whether they will be small editions or exclusives.

PLEASE- if someone sees any of the gradients come up, would you please please let me know? (PM or email?) I'll do the same for you if you'd like!
