The only Target exclusive so far is black Rainbow Dash. Her crystal/glitter chase was a SDCC exclusive from last year, and it was also sold on Amazon for a long while after. I actually even saw it at Walmart once.

Several people on other forums are upset it seems some orders who recently have been placed are getting shipped out before orders placed on October 29th! Someone said they ordered yesterday and already got shipping notification, what gives?! I ordered day one with overnight shipping yet STILL mine have not been shipped #gettingveryupset

Seriously. I was just about to come here and post about that! I'm not in a rush to get my figures, but hearing that people who JUST placed an order are getting shipping notifications is upsetting.

Another person who ordered on the 29th of last month (when Luna and Celestia were first put up on HT's site) said part of her order was canceled (although she told the guy on the phone NOT to cancel her order, so hopefully he didn't). So what's the point in pre-ordering if they're just gonna cancel part of your order due to "selling out"? The whole point in ordering early is to ensure you get the items you want!

Seriously if people who ordered first don't start getting shipping notifications soon we're going to have to escalate this, I have already informed Hot Topic waiting to hear a response. Excuse my language but what in the world goes on in that warehouse! People order one pony get a glitter and they end up returning it because they wanted a regular one, very late shipped orders, orders shipped in incorrect order, people who order tons not getting glitters, changing release dates, shipping 3 weeks after release date, canceling and losing orders, what gives!

Same I have one from 10/29 (the first day) with overnight shipping and says "fulfilling order" its said that ever since I ordered no emails or anything my other two orders I made on later days both say "fulfilling order" as well. What I'm thinking happened is Luna sold out and they did not take her off the site fast enough so they had too many orders and not enough ponies, so I bet the warehouse is waiting for more ponies to show up.... this is outrageous.

I emailed Hot Topic about why my order hasn't shipped and all they did was assure me I will have my order by Christmas. I didn't even mention Christmas in my inquiry, and it isn't a Christmas present in any case. I placed my order they day they were up for pre-order. That is totally unacceptable. So sometime in the next 4 weeks my order will arrive in the store. Not cool.

That is a garbage response, they really need to work on there customer skills, I have always been a supporter of them, but to be honest the phone customer service is awful they hardly speak English and I have to repeat myself several times. The people who ordered first should be shipped first simple as that. When I worked in a warehouse the earliest orders had to go out! No matter what, and rush orders went to the top of the line.

Hi guys, I'm new here but signed up because I was also having this issue.
I placed my order later than you guys, the 9th, but I bought another Funko on the same order, which they shipped out on the 12th I think. Unfortunately since they shipped that, now I can't check my status on the rest of the order, because it just says 'Shipped', with the tracking number for the Deadpool Funko. I even received an email asking me to review Celestia and Luna on Sunday.

I called them yesterday to figure out what was going on, and they assured me that they would ship out yesterday or early today, but I still haven't had the money pulled from my bank and I haven't gotten an email. I sent a private message on Facebook but haven't gotten a response.
What they DID manage to do though, was somehow put a 'hold' on the money for the preorders (which I expected), and then triple charged me for Deadpool, so it overdrafted my bank, giving me a nice headache to deal with. They released the pre-order money hold the next day, and refunded the two Deadpool charges, but this whole experience has made me not want to order from Hot Topic ever again. I was expecting that my 'preorder' meant that there was a pony set aside for me in the warehouse, and they would be shipping it the street date. Why bother otherwise?

Sorry for the long rant, this has just been a miserable experience.

I ordered on 10/29, my order says it shipped on 11/2. Haven't received anything. Hot Topic pulled like $5.95 or something out of my PayPal a week or two ago but that's it. After this, we all deserve glitters!

The same thing happened with my order. I placed my order on the 29th of last month, and it has said "shipped" since the 2nd of this month. The email I received in response to that was to let me know that there was a mix-up on the site and my order hadn't actually shipped. Okay, cool. Well...they never changed the status (and I'm assuming they never changed yours). It's not a huge deal, but I'd kinda like to know when my order actually does ship.

"You're welcome. We just received notice that there was a delay with the Celestia shipment. Orders that have both pop's will not ship out until she arrives. The estimated delivery date is Friday. Well this is sorta good news, at least we know it still might just be people who ordered Luna separately getting her shipped.

I got the same message today but they offered to refund the shipping cost (Although I bought it during the .25 shipping sale )

We just received notice that there was a delay with the shipment. Because of that, our warehouse is holding the Luna pop and will ship it out when Celestia arrives. The estimated delivery date is Friday. We are very sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused, and would be more than happy to issue a refund for the shipping cost.

I'm more worried about their policy to double charge debit cards at this point, I only have enough in my account to pay for the toys and don't want to argue away another overdraft fee.
Luna, Celestia, you better seriously WOW me when I finally get you :P

Unless I get lucky and my HT has Spitfire, I fear I'll never know what it's like to have a complete set of glitters. Lol

Gonna check HT tomorrow and see if they have anything, though. I'm sure even if they do, the people who wake up impossibly early for Black Friday sales will have gotten to the good stuff first.

They changed the release date for Luna from the 4th to the 24th without sending out an email to those who pre-ordered, and now it is 5 days past the release date of Celestia and they still haven't shipped. I just want the princess I pre-ordered over a month ago.

The week before shipping date, sometimes more for the super popular items, some people were offered overtimes to have all the orders boxed and ready to ship on release date. On release date every order was shipped out. Every single order should have been prepared for shipment before the street date and ready to get on that shipping truck the day of. Excuses. this is common with most retailers due to shipping costs. They will not ship separately because that incurs twice the shipping than waiting for all pieces in a single shipment to arrive.

Not only are they cutting actual postage cost to the company, but it's an effort to be more eco-friendly from a lot of huge retailers:
1) cutting gas usage/emissions
2) fewer cardboard box and other shipping supply waste

To a single person, it's "i want it now," but the bigger picture is that if even 5 retailers wait for shipment on 1000 boxes, just imagine what kind of impact that has on the environment daily. Just be cool, man. Be cool.
