Planet Arlia Vegeta NYCC exclusive!
Once I saw this pop I knew I had to have it. Not too stoked on paying $100 dollars for a single pop (never spent more than $15, so I found this rather difficult), but it's worth it. I have the full set now! Just want to nab a proto or two. I'm stoked! What about all you other DBZ fans? Doesn't this pop just tickle your insides?

Nice! The most i've ever spend on a pop was $30 for a black & white daryl & 2 weeks later it was $14.99 with free shipping on ebay.

Man that sucks haha. I'm expecting to see the vegeta go down in price, I know I'm gonna be kicking myself!

I spent about 17 bucks on mine, 2 bucks more isn't bad.

I'm guessing that once the con is over these will drop significantly in price. Probably more so in the $30-40 range. Once that happens I will grab mine and if they don't drop then I'll just pay the going rate. Its an absolute must have for me though.

Really hoping that the price goes down. He needs to be placed next to my SH Figuarts Vegeta from this years SDCC. Just can't justify paying 100.00+ for one figure.

I really want this one, too, but, like everyone else, I won't spend such an unreasonable sum on it just because it's differently colored than the regular version... I all ready bought the regular Vegeta, and I love it, but, yeah. $100 is wayyyyy too much for just one figure, in my opinion. I can barely afford them when they're regularly priced!

Looking at the ridiculous prices flippers are asking on the bay I'd say you actually got an ok deal. Strange to me that a non-numbered show exclusive is going for so much when you know he'll be in other vendor's hands soon enough. That Convention Exclusive sticker and Hot Topic. I can see that happening.

Pure speculation on my part, but after SDCC unless a run is actually numbered I no longer feel inclined to go all grabby hands during whatever convention new pieces premiere at.

Those SDCC pieces were from the Funko booth, not an independent retailer. I highly doubt they would resell Toy Tokyo's exclusives, that are more than likely contracted to be Toy Tokyo exclusives, at Hot Topic with a simple "restickering". If they did, retailers would be less likely to contact Funko to pay for an exclusive to be made for them (Yes, retailers go to Funko and PAY for exclusives to be made). The whole thing with exclusives being available in Australia and Singapore is more of an issue of contract jurisdiction not applying outside the United States.

Re: Planet Arlia Vegeta NYCC exclusive!
I understand that. I was simply stating the reasoning behind my speculatory post. The Batmobiles were a numbered release which instantly set them in a much different position than Vegeta is. If not Hot Topic, Toy Tokyo themselves could simply order more stock after the convention and put it in their own store.

Wondering how many people really got one of these. All the pictures on the Facebook pages of people showing the nycc haul and haven't seen one of these unless they are hiding their faces in shame because they immediately put them on ebay, not many people are showing him off. Really leads me to believe he'll be online at some point after the con.

I agree no way I'd pay that much but it also is a must have piece for me! I'm hoping I can find someone to actually snag me a stealth ironman from rhode island coming up because I fear they might be expensive too

Does somebody knows if this Vegeta Pop and the White Brow Priest are still available? Do they have a bunch for each day or do they sell them all at a time?

Yeah I didn't want to pay what I did but I'm glad I did. They must not have made that many due to the 1 per person. Also kudos to Toy Tokyo for doing that so flippers can only flip one.

Another interesting thing I saw on eBay there as of yesterday were only 4 actual auctions for this piece all the others were a pre order. I wonder how that is working for them.

That is odd. Maybe they have ties with Toy Tokyo and the retailer has placed an order for more? If that is the case, I don't see how they can call it an NYCC exclusive. I will be salty if they end up on the website for a fraction of what I paid. But I guess that's the name of the game

I refuse to buy anything fron TT. Every time they have an exclusive, it's a disaster. They've clearly been selling to exhibitors early and by the case which is at odds with their policy. Between that and literally having to waste an entire day in their line, its just not worth it to me.

Are you sure? On the sticker it says "Toy Tokyo New York Comic Con Exclusive". Grammar error, maybe? Lol
