Spider-Man?
So I only got into collecting Pops last year so if this is a dumb question I apologize. Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man was my favorite of the movies and I was wondering if Funko ever made Pops for that version of Spider-man

Nope, only comics, Garfield and MCU. Probably won't see much merchandise of those movies anymore.

I mean, the Maguire costume was really just the average Spider-Man costume, but with silver linings instead of black. I don't recall anything else unique. It'd be a very easy custom to make.

Re: Spider-Man?
POPs were created after Maguire finished being Spider-Man and it would require a whole new license, which is not worth it for an inactive brand. The difference with this and POPs like the WWII Captain America is that the MCU and Captain America films are still active licenses (there are new films and products coming out) and so they don't need a new license and they know it will sell.

First Funko Product: Captain Rex Wobbler
First POP: Deadpool

I wouldn't count it out 100%, we got Burton Batman Dorbz and Batman the Animated series Pops. I know Marvel strict about their properties now but I wouldn't count it out all the way.

It also had a unique design for the chest and back spider, which would be pretty annoying to do a proper custom of, requiring a ton of careful masking at the simplest, or separate custom sculpting to recreate the raised appearance for it at worst.

Re: Spider-Man?
Somebody asked about that on twitter and they said that they had no plan on that and would not make sense specially with the new Spider-man homecoming franchise active in Marvel.

Re: Spider-Man?
Yeah, as others have pointed out, I don't think we will ever get one. If they do it, the only way would be to celebrate one of the films--most likely 'Spider-Man' or 'Spider-Man 2'. Personally, it would be cool to get one, but with 'Homecoming' (plus the other MCU films Spidey will be in), it's an afterthought. Never say never, but at this time, it's about the future. Not the past.
