Last year was well worth the wait (I was born in '85 a month before the Royals won the World Series and my parents named me after George Brett and Bret Saberhagen)

I think a Kelce POP would make sense so maybe we'll see him in the next wave.

I would buy a Steve Bartman pop! I feel sorry for that guy after watching his documentary on ESPN.

A Barry Bonds pop before and after the steroids would be tops on my list. Use the old school Pop body for his Giants uniform and the slimmer new pop body for his Pirates.

I was actually just thinking this the other day. My degree is in Sport Management and I have been talking promotions with my students. If they made them as stadium exclusives for football I wouldn't put it past a stadium giveaway. The only thing likely preventing it is that there is normally a corporate sponsor and I doubt Funko would allow that.

We actually do some corporate sponsorship of Sporting KC. The team comes to us with games we can sponsor and we can decide the premium. The only limits on what we can giveaway are: quantity (minimum 10,000 pcs), can't be the same as another sponsor's giveaway, can't be something for sale in the team store (special exemptions for big time sponsors), has to be purchased through a league approved vendor. There are also logo restrictions, team colors, that kind of thing.

Considering that they're the same at every stadium, I suspect the current bobble-maker has a deal with the league(s). That would prevent Funko from being the mfg as opposed to a corporate sponsor.

The Giants actually had a SGA Woody pop wearing a Giants jersey last year. I hope that they do this again sometime because it would actually give me another reason to make it out to a game.

Oh I remember this. It wasn't to everyone though correct? I believe you had to purchase a special event ticket to get the woody pop.
