Heaviest standard sized pop?

Postby joecolt » Mon Apr 20, 2015 1:14 am

My guess is Cthulhu. Man that sucker is heavy. I would say Sharknado comes in 2nd. Has anyone tried weighing them? Remember only the standard size pops...not the 6 in or 9 in ones

I don't know how much any of those weigh, but I remember picking up a Killer Croc at a Barnes and Noble to move it out of the way and being surprised at how heavy the box was.

Black and white Captain America is heavier than Cthulhu and Domos. Cthulhu surprised me with how heavy he is so I had to check.

With her weight and all her pointy details, she could do damage :D

Not the heaviest Pop but for it's size, Olaf is decently heavy. I only have the glitter variant but I would assume that the others are the same.

Buffy's hair is made out of the same material as Misty Day as well, she's really heavy compared to Willow and other similar Pops.

Not the heaviest but Tauriel from the Hobbit has an incredibly heavy head, especially for her size.

A lot of normal Winter Soldier Caps are really heavy. It seems to be the head is too heavy for the spring, which also makes it hard for it to bobble

Yeah La Muerte is pretty heavy...and my friend's Marceline's hair is REALLY heavy. I was helping her make a display and that one was a huge weight difference compared with her others when I picked it up. I really like the heavier ones because they're usually more stable, unless it's just the head that's heavy haha. Glad to hear Sharknado is heavy, I'm waiting for him to ship to HT for me :)

Stay Domo easily. The figure is solid and thick. Dropping it on your foot would hurt badly. He is much heavier than Cthulhu. Some of the ones mentioned here weight at least half what he does.
