Some of the people on the Funko Trading Facebook page are probably chomping at the bits to see how many of these they can buy and sell for two or three times as much to fellow Funko collectors.How about that "Funatic Spirit"!!!

I hope that as the other Stan Lee pops come out it will reduce the price on the previous ones because there will be more out there. Not sure if that's sound logic but I just want the NYCC version at a more reasonable price.

I'm guessing it was Stan Lee / POW Entertainment. Convention Exclusives is probably only handling the release of them.

Stan Lee has Pops now, but that's not to say that there aren't other creators that could have a Pop later.

Stan Lee has made himself as recognizable as some of the bigggest Marvel characters.

There's not many people out there that have made themselves as big as their company/brand/product. Off the top of my head, Vince McMahon from wrestling comes to mind as someone who became as big as the characters within his company by becoming a character himself.

I wouldn't be able to name, or point out the top DC comics guy.

I'd say it's less of a convention, since it's pretty much just vendors. It's a bi-weekly event. Something like a collector's swap meet.

And there is not enough available parking...so you might have to add a extra hour on top of that.
This where I pick up my comics and it takes me about 15-20mins on Saturdays just to find parking.
