I think Funko only goes to San Diego they do not go anywhere else that I know of.

There are probably 20 top tier comic cons that Funko could go to...they aren't really in the business of cons. They SDCC isn't really a con (it's a marketing bonanza), toy trade shows are probably your best bet.

Went this year it sucked for how much they charged, only saw a few funko sellers all boxes were damaged or way overpriced.

So far, Funko has only done exclusives for major cons:

Sdcc
New York comic con
D23
Star wars celebrations
Emerald city con (which is in Funko's local)

So, I wouldn't expect that to change
