I got my order from B&N today of 3 penguins (ordered 3 to get free shipping). 2 were in great condition. The third was JUST A BOX WITH NO PENGUIN INSIDE! Ugggh. Some people get chases, I get empty boxes. At least it wasn't an empty chase box! That would have totally killed me, LOL.

I called them up and the very nice person on the other end offered to send a replacement right away.

But seriously...who sends out an empty box?

That is ridiculous,but maybe you'll get lucky and they'll send you a chase.good luck

Empty box? Are you kidding me? Yikes. :eek:

I am glad to hear you will be getting a replacement. Hopefully, the replacement isn't just another empty box. :-(

B&N is just getting ridiculous with their shipping. You can't honestly tell me they didn't notice an empty box... Just sad. :-/

Yeah...that seems pretty screwy...an empty box!!!!!! They need to seriously hire some better employees!

you didn't get a chase but you also didn't get the runaround. nice to see shes going to help you out.
if they are offering a replacement, i wonder if they will have more for sale.
I'm still waiting for my thor and riddler hopefully i don't get the box only edition.

Maybe I should see if I can get an empty Thor box since the one they sent me was bashed up. :-P

I just got a package from BnN today, box totally crushed and now I have to return it... their shipping department really gotta get it together. =(

I got three packages from B&N yesterday, all from their Jersey shipping warehouse. For traveling over 5000 miles, the Pops were all fine, especially since all they do is throw the Pops in a box with a single air bag. I'm expecting one more box from the Nevada shipping warehouse so we shall see. Knock on wood!

Mine came from the Nevada one and it was crushed so I wish you luck... :-/

Just got a notification that they didn't have a replacement after all so they just sent a refumd for the empty one. Net effect = no harm, no foul.

I don't understand. do they take them out of the boxes before they sell them.That's the only way this could happen.Really shady
