I picked up The LAIVA book case that is on sale at IKEA for my new nerd room when we move in this month. I noticed that the detolf was on sale for $70 as well.

This is the first time I have posted any of my collection.

I have some stuff I have just set aside that I plan on either selling or giving away. So this is my current collection.

Above the last picture (not pictured) I have what I have left of my sports figure collection.

And just a quick update, I received my All-American Freddy this morning. I moved Ash down to the open spot on the bottom of that case and juggled my Freddy's around a bit.....so yeah.

Yeah I am a little eclectic in my likes. There are surely a few I really want, but don't have the wallet to pay for.

Thank you....

I would love to have the set. But they are just too darned expensive. To date $50 is the most I have ever spent on a Pop!, though I do not regret it as it was something I really wanted.

I really lucked into the Turtles a fellow funatic hooked me up with an unreal price.

Only $50!?!? Wow, you do have some good connections then... I recall my first POP I ever spent $50 on..it was the SDCC GITD White Power Ranger. Funny thing is I had two other friends that I bought one each for too, which made the shipping free... Now it's one of their most valuable POPs lol Of course that was about 2 years ago now :smt117

Good people and good luck. I have been in the right place at the right time a few times.

Example: My Ghost Rider Pop! I went to the Fugitive Toys party at Wondercon in 2015, my table won a box of Pop!s and it is just the one I ended up with. I was like the fourth or fifth person to pull one out, didn't think much of it. Now its worth $80.

I know I missed out on a lot more. There was a store by my house that all of the Wizard of Oz Pop!s forever, and only picked up Scarecrow and the Winged Monkey. Could have had the full set many times over, now I am kicking myself.

Here's my work in progress! I've got a pretty big closet in my office at home and figured I should turn it into my display case. The top shelf was already there so my dad and I built 3 shelves below. This was the first time I ever "built" anything so I was thoroughly impressed when everything ended up being level! I also finally found a use for my billion Loot Crate boxes I have lying around. Eventually I'll cover them with some fabric so you don't see the logo, but for now it'll do the job. Lightning in my room is horrible so I was thinking about lining the inside of the closet with some sort of lights, but not sure what to use. Any suggestions would be awesome. I used the flash on my iPhone so I apologize in advance for the horrible photo.

I know my collection is pretty small, but I look forward to filling the rest of my shelves! Any critiques/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I just threw everything up there to see how it looked :D

We've all gotta start somewhere! And your display is way more cohesive and put together than mine is. lol My pops are like all over my bookshelves and stuff so it makes it hard to get good pictures without taking like 1000 of them. I can't think of any suggestions other than keep buying what you like and just working on your display until it's something you like. (P.S. I love that Patrick is in the TARDIS.)

I still haven't gotten a nice clean setup like I want but it's been awhile since I've joined and posted my display/collection. Most of my boxes are stacked in a corner between my desk and one of the shelves since I don't like displaying them in box. I want to do something more uniform eventually but right now, this is what it is.

The desk is where I keep my Star Wars pops and the few animation pops I have. This will probably change soon as I'm going to be getting more pops. The Rancor isn't pictured because a) it's huge and b) it's on a lower shelf with some movies for now.

Image

The bookshelves is where pretty much everything else is, sort of split up by genre, I guess. This is always changing too as I get new pops and books in. I'm trying to avoid putting any on the lowest shelf but it might have to happen eventually. Also, it's not as much of a nuisance to pull books as it might look in the picture.

Image

And finally the entertainment center has a handful of pops because they are literally everywhere there's a stable surface. Sorry the photos huge and terrible and huge.
