Some of these made me think some sort of Stephen King line would be neat... though we already got Pennywise. Movie-based over books probably, just due to their recognizably.
You could have a mouth-foaming Cujo, a bloody Carrie and Jack with his ax from The Shining, as people mentioned. Undead Gage from Pet Sematary (maybe holding Church?), possibly a Langolier? A sleepwalker transformed, and poor Reverend Lowe from Cycle of the Werewolf (forgot the movie counterpart name), Barlow ('Salem's Lot), etc. No shortage of monsters there.

I wonder since Funko is doing "Friends", "Save by the Bell" and "Seinfeld" if it would be too far of a stretch to think they would do POP!s for like "Roseanne", "Full House", "Home Improvement", "Dinosaurs", "Two Guys and a Girl", "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch", "Boy Meets World", etc. I could probably go on, but I won't.

Besides the Tv show Lost I really only want more video game and anime Pop!

Some individual game heroes I would like are:
Bayonetta - Bayonetta
Isaac Clark- Dead Space
Lara Croft - Tomb Raider
Solid Snake- Metal Gear Solid
Pheonix Wright- Ace Attorney

Shadow of the Colossus
one of the most beautiful games, a pair of Pop! is a big wish of mine
with Wander and the 3rd colossus Gaius as a 6" piece.

Mass Effect
at least one more set with other party members please
and I bet an Illusive Man or 6" Reaper would work very well as Pop!.

Street Fighter, Tekken, Mortal Kombat
figthing game characters are iconic and timeless
with amazing designs across huge cast at least a few from these series would be great.

Left 4 Dead
I know we are getting Evolve Pop! which is great as the game looks cool
and the characters do too, but I still want to see some l4d special infected.
As a matter of fact a whole Valve set with key characters would be killer.

League of Legends
these would be huge, certainly one of the biggest game franchise out right now
and goodness tons of champions with unique designs.
I would love to make a Pop LoL team with Darius, Fizz, Jinx, Kha'Zix, and Sona.

As for anime well....

Kill la Kill
a new series that has been creating buzz and is totally insane;
it would work so well as Pop! plus they definitely fit on hot topic shelves.

Neon Genesis Evangelion, Gundam Wing, Gurren Lagann
some classic giant mecha anime could deliver some wicked 6" Pop!
not to mention the actual main characters themselves are all time greats.

Fate/Zero
a slightly less notorious series the characters themselves are
nevertheless standout with the servants being loosely based on
historical figures such as Gilgamesh, Alexander the great, and ser Arthur.

Yu-Gi-Oh
personally I wasn't hit as hard as others my age with the Yu-Gi-Oh fad,
but I still liked it and the monsters are Pop! I would really like to see
such as Dark Magician, Dark Magician Girl, Blue Eyes White Dragon, and 6" Exodia.

After all the amazing announcements that we have received this is my wishlist!

I see Boy Meets World as more likely than some of the other titles mentioned, as Disney now has the spin-off, Girl Meets World, in syndication. Sabrina would be great as well, but it might end up being molded after the new version of the series; Sabrina, Secrets of a Teenage Witch.
