Hoo boy. Pikachu was the biggest surprise of last year, to be sure, but this is where the ball really starts rolling.

Frankly, I LOVE that we're getting the Pokemon Pops dropped randomly and sporadically throughout the year. It will make every single announcement feel like a huge event. Funko knows how monumental and important the Pokemon line is and they're not about to waste it. They're going to turn the Pokemon Pop line into a year-long celebration and I love it

I'm not sure if I should grab Bulbasaur and attempt to get all of the Starters, or if I should wait it out for my boy Charmander...good lord, I can't wait for Charmander's glam haha.

If they come out with a variant depicting this scene I'm going to lose it

If they're doing four this year and this is the first, the next will obviously be Charmander and then Squirtle, if they're going by Dex #.

The website said "additional Pokemon will be available every season" so I don't think we will be getting more too quickly sadly. But it seems like these will be more widely available than Pikachu was.

Strange, pokemon licensing must be weird here is Aus. We didn't get the pikachu here until E.B games made a deal to be the exclusive store. We have not got the 10" pikachu, but bulbasaur is already up for pre-order at aussie stores.

Just read that Funko doesn't have the Pokémon licence in Europe. So that's why Pikachu never showed up over here.
Some people over on Reddit are commenting that UK/EU based retailers are already cancelling pre-orders for Bulbasaur..
