Do you collect the whole set or just get certain ones?

I just get the ones I REALLY like. But since I like all of Disney it's tough to reign myself in, LOL.

I am a completionist by no means, I only get the ones I like. There is one set that I will complete eventually and that's the Gears of War line. I would also say the Power Rangers PSH but I'm not getting the unmasked variants so it technically won't complete but it will be to me.

I buy only certain ones nowadays...the only line that I'm even close to completing is Game of Thrones. Have a lot of Star Wars too.

I stick to PSH's that I really love. $4 doesn't seem like much till you ring up 8-10 of these little guys. I guess you gotta draw the line somewhere, right?

I think I came close to completing the Arkham and Beauty and the Beast sets (like, missing exclusive 1 variant from each set of a character from the regular set), but generally I just buy my faves. I'll buy multiple variants of a favorite character, but not if I think the variant is pointless/too similar to another mini.

I was going for all the Masters of the Universe pops, but a few of the variants are so hard (and expensive) to get. And unfortunately for my wallet, there are about 7 more coming..

100% completionist. So much so that I just finished TWD Memoriam set and have 4 cases of Dr. Seuss on the way. So obviously I will have some extras for those that need them.

However, I do not like any bobblehead mini, so I will save some money on Star Wars. $\:D/$

It really depends. Horror I try to go for the set. Spiderman I had to do the whole set. Rick & Morty I decided to do the set but otherwise it's generally just chasing the characters I like.

It varies for me. I do have a few sets completed. And then other times I just want certain figures. If I could afford to complete all the set I wanted I would definitely do it.

Just the ones I like, mostly. I happened to like all of the Rick & Morty set, so that one was completed. I purposely skipped several of the Fallout ones, but I do have most of em otherwise. As far as the other lines go, I try to get the specific ones I like most. I don't have the display space for stuff outside my fandoms. haha

For me, I have very few lines that I don't complete. I just feel the need to complete them even if the exclusives are just variants or characters that I don't necessarily like as much. I personally collect all that I love and try to complete as much as possible. Horror Minis are one of the hardest lines for me to complete. I only complete lines that I love the entire show/ movie of.

I used to go for full sets until I need two 1/72s and go oh never mind. So now I pull until I get most of the characters I want. With Justice League I'll stop when I get a Superman and costumed Flash.

Being a completist can get you into trouble. I have every peice but one for dragon ball collection and I Imagen you know the one I'm missing. Also going to have all but one for legendary creature and myth line but looks,like I'm going to have to be ok with missing that one as well. Just got to keep telling myself its ok... I dont need every one.

Usually I collect the hard to get ones. Specially the ones that not come in every case, for example the ones with ratio 1:72.

I buy a few of the blind bags (10 was the most I've bought for one line) hoping to get the ones I want - if I don't, I just give them to my friends/family. It gets expensive trying to collect them all.

it depends on the set for me too. If its something I really like, like fallout I get them all. If its something like DC, I only really like Harley Quinn so I get her and none else

It depends.. for the EE Rainbow Batman set, it'd look weird just to have one of 'em so I got 'em all.

For other stuff, I try to collect one or two characters that I like the most like Gilfoyle and Dinesh from Silicon Valley or Ron Swanson from Parks and Recreation. This helps me save on space, which is becoming more limited day after day..

I feel what you mean. I tend to go for just certain sets that I like, for example the Justice League or Star Wars mini which have a lot of ones I want. Then I go and buy one. This way I can sample the set without taking up all the display space.

I bought a whole case of Sci-Fi PSH, because I though they all looked cool - but now I need to decide if I need to get the store exclusives too. I've also got a lot of the Rick & Morty Mystery Minis - I probably want them all, but it might be cheaper for me to buy singles on eBay at this point.

I just collect the PSH's but not every line. I collect Spider-man,Batman,GOTG,Horror, and SciFi.. lol

for now these are all I like. but in these series I have to have them all, A complete set or it just kills me to be missing one.

If its something I really like then I usually get them all.. But sometimes I just get ones I like. Son its half and half. I wish funko would slow down some of the time.. Because all these exclusives and new lines coming out at once with the con and HQ grand opening in the same time frame is a bit to much.. I dont see the trend lasting forever at that rate.. Seems like they are gonna run out of material fast if it doesn't let up.. Even just a little.. I know all of our wallets are hurting. I am Happy for those going to HQ though! Hope those who go have a blast!

I went from grabbing everything at once to grabbing ones here and there.... Especially since all the con ones go faster than you can blink, it makes it harder for me to focus on grabbing commons.. Which I do enjoy grabbing as well! Its just overwhelming.. I need a good 2 months to even catch up.

It started with, "I just want the Batman ones." Now it's, "I have to complete this set!" Batman isn't even in the Suicide Squad mini set and I'm trying to finish it. Problem with me is I started late collecting mystery minis so I have several Batman/DC sets going at once. Just finished the Gamestop Batman Vintage set (my 1st completion). I'm one away from completing the Arkham minis and 3 away from completing the BVS mini set. Got a ways to go on the DC Universe set, Suicide Squad, and DC Heroes sets. :-k

It depends on the set. With horror I feel I need all of them, I'm a huge horror fan and they're in my favorite mini style. With Harry Potter (even tho I don't like that style) I want all of them because I like all of the characters. One of my favorite sets is twd but when there's a regular and bloody of the same character in the same pose I'm cool with just getting the bloody one if I can. WWE and Dr Seuss I only picked up the ones I like.
