New Star Wars POP! figures (Periscope)

I per-ordered all of the new wave from GS. I'm hearing they are showing up but I have not gotten a call from the store to say they have arrived. Is this normal for GS? I haven't called them as the release date on my receipt shows 6/30.

I've preordered from GS several times. Sometimes they call and sometimes they don't. I was in the mall for lunch today and stopped in and they had the above Rey as well as two Dorbz that I had preordered. They DID NOT call me to let me know they were there. I mentioned it and he seemed surprised and apologized. However, they did have them in a locked drawer for me in reserve and not out on the floor somewhere.

God that's awesome Tres! Saw one at my GS the other day too...still hurts.

I'm really trying to be more discriminating in what I buy but it's not working out very well This Rey is a must have no matter what universe you're from though

The fact that IMO Rey was the best part of TFA doesn't help.

I checked online and it says they are in-stock at the gamestop i pre-ordered from so i'm going to stop after work and see what's up.

Just picked up my Rey with x-wing helmet at GameStop. Besides preorders, they only had 1 on the shelf.

I picked mine up last night. When i showed up the guy just walked over and pulled one off the shelf(about as close to mint as i would have gotten so that was good) and he said he thought they had more then looked down and they must have had a bunch hidden under the counter. There was one more on the shelf and i noticed they had a few others from wave 3 and still have 1 or 2 exclusive nien numb.

Stopped at GS during lunch and sure enough my pr-orders were in. I asked why they didn't call and they said because Luke w/Beard and Maz won't come out until the 1st week of July. At least they held them and was able to get the lot of 9 and will be back in a few weeks to pick up Luke and Maz. Stopped at both Target and Walgreens while out as well and no sign of those exclusives yet but I bet they drop next week or the week after.

Now to find more space...

Lucky for me the Gamestops around Chicago got Luke & Maz in today. So far I picked up Maz which such an adorable little POP and another Gamestop up the road has my Luke on hold. I'll be picking him up in a couple hours to complete Wave 3 of TFA which will only leave Exclusive Hunting last.

Hot Topic Poe Dameron is popping up on Ebay now. There's about 5-6 listings from $18-35. Most are from California so I'm guessing they will start hitting Hot Topics nationwide within the week. I'm personally going to call a few around the Chicagoland area to see when I can get mine. Hopefully they pop up online like Spider Gwen.

I can't find anything in the system for the new Walgreens Rey yet. All I can find are the 8 current exclsuives, as well as a Rogue One wic. I assume she won't be hitting stores until perhaps August. Just speculation on my part though!

I have been able to pre-order all the SW:TFA wave 3 Pops except for Hot Topic Poe, Target Maz and Walgreens Rey. I don't know why I elected to go completionist on TFA Pops, but here I am reinvigorated after having picked up the new Gamestop Rey.

Hoping I can order HT Poe online; he may be the easiest. I had to embarrassingly haunt my local Target to get FN-2187 (and only saw him that once) ...and I've never had luck at Walgreens. Here's to hoping this wave is not too elusive. My only other problem is finding the space to display all my Star Wars Pops.

I was also able to complete this recent star wars wave with the exception of the Target, HT, and WG exclusives. Very excited I was able to do all of this pre-con. I still plan on hitting my B&N and GS for the con exclusives that haven't been announced yet or to get a double of the ones I really love.

Stopped at Target today (mine seems to stock overnight on mondays and have new merch out 1st thing Tuesday. No Maz there yet.

I am also running low on space for the SW collection! It's only gonna get worse with the Rebels, Clone Wars, and Rogue Pops coming out before year's end!

To be honest, i'm a completionist and just star wars alone seems to be bankrupting me(and i don't have any of the rarer ones). I have told myself i wouldn't spend more than $30 on a single pop but i should have spent the money to get unmasked boushh last year right away. I'm excited for the clone wars ones but am also worried because there is A LOT of characters they could do. I haven't watched any rebels yet so that isn't really on my radar but i'm sure i'll get the rogue one pops as well

I literally just finished catching up on wave 1 yesterday with the arrival of GS exclusive Finn Stormtrooper (thank you PC) but I did manage to score the GS Rey last week...I had reserved it online but never got a call, happened to be in-store picking up the exclusive Harley Quinn and saw 3 Reys on the shelf, so I grabbed one. Still haven't heard anything about the reservation I no longer need

Hot topic Poes just came in today in Chicago Suburbs. This store had a good amount of Poes and Falcons also. 3 per box and at least 4-5 boxes I would guess. He looks waaaaay better imo

Talk around the message boards is the Target exclusive Maz Kanata will be using the same DCPI as the previous TFA pops like FN-2187 & commons. I'll appreciate any info from any Target employees that have some inside information on if that's true or not. This is the last one I'll really need to hunt for since I work at Walgreens and I'm not sure if the new POP! Sections will help or hurt this time arpund.

P.S. Really hope they send full cases for Maz like they did FN-2187. It made the odds so favorable but here's the old DCPI to look out for any balance surges

I don't think my Target ever got FN-2187. I checked there a lot around the time of his release, and I never saw one.

I know if mine did, they only ever got like 4 and never restocked. I found a guy to trade walmart exclusive black panther for one thru a facebook group.

Definitely my favourite Poe! I love the Unmasked Pilot version too, didn't like regular Poe that much. Imm looking forward to Radar Technician Poe as well.

Didn't have any luck with Walmart Poe as well. so I had to swing over to the evil bay and got it for $21 shipped which is okay. Yeah, the regular Poe Pop looks just like a random X-Wing Pilot. The unmasked versions really resemble his character. I especially love his outfit on the HT version, Poe's jacket was awesome looking in the movie.

All of my non-exclusive wave 3 pops (and GS!Rey) are on hold at GameStop for me except Luke. He seems to be the hardest one to nail down! I keep calling to check in because I don't trust them to call me, and at this point the recognize me when I call, . Hopefully I'll get them all soon

Arg.... Just when I was almost complete, there were 2 new SDCC exclusives. Does anyone know if the new Han and BB-8 will also have "summer convention" counterpart releases?
