So weird. The Shadow Trooper is not even an amazing piece. Not that I am selling mine but when I think of my pops and my favorites he does not come close to cracking my top 10. And from my pops I don't think I have hit the 200 mark yet. I am guessing he just wasn't popular when he was sold but got really popular as people tried to back fill their collections? I remember I got mine off Gemini the day of the con but I didn't feel the need to rush for him or be on the site the very hour they opened up or anything.

and I wasn't necessary talking about myself. I know of several other sales/trades that have happen outside of here or eBay that had nothing to do with me

. I've been somewhat lucky on most of my stuff considering I own several things on that list.

i ended up getting mine in a trade. but its no doubt in the top 5 most valuable POPs. it was by the far the hardest piece for me to track down

i have 7 on the production list and 6 on the proto list although i have all 5 of the crazy coloe freddys. and i think i had to pay around 500 for a couple of them

Crazy thing with the Shadow Trooper is I was looking for it forever and got it last month for $199.99 buy it now on ebay.... and now it jumped to $400-$500.... nuts! got mine right in the nick of time!

THERE ARE FOUR THAY I KNOW OF, FRED WITH CROWN AND FUNKO SIGN, TWO CAMERON FRED'S WITH DIFFERENT HAIR COLORS AND A GLOW FRED PEZ.

Why is Shadow Trooper going for so much?
I remember when I got it from a shoe website for $35 of all places. he prices are enticing but I could not get rid of it otherwise my collection would not be complete.

It is just a rare piece that doesnt show up often. Not to mention, its collected not only buy funko/pop collectors but Star Wars fans too. Who knows how many are actually out there in some Star Wars collection that doesnt really collect funko...
