Well, got mine today and my god they are beautiful. They even came with the plastic cases to protect them. The only thing I have a problem with is the fact that on one of my figures, the Flash's right side wing on his head is like halfway attached....and i dont want to open the box up either Also on that figures he has little bubble like spots on his face where extra paint got splattered on . Anyone know how to fix any of these issues?

Why would opening it be an issue? There's no way to tell if the pop has ever been removed.

So me and my friend have a problem. My friend ordered ours and it says they delivered them yesterday but there was no package. We don't know what might have happened to it. Any idea how Nelson handles these things or our next course of action? We really wanted those Flashes!

Can't remember which service they used: UPS, USPS or FedEx

Either way, start with them. USPS is the least fun, in my opinion, with them you'll need to file a police report....from my experience.

The others are better, as they handle claims internally. Start there, and certainly send Nelson an email and/or a PM.

As far as mine go, I noticed the detail around the 'belt' to suffer on one (ordered 1 shiny, 2 matte....one as a gift) On the matte, one is great, sharp detail. The other, looks fuzzy around the 'lightning bolt' belt. But still love them

Delivered doesn't always mean in your hands. I have packages shipped to work and we have our mail held at the Post Office for pickup. Delivered in our case means at the Post Office and its not uncommon for me to receive items a day or two after the PO says delivered.

If you don't see it Monday, then have your friend with the tracking information hit up his local Post Office and start from there.

got my 2 sets in. as a collector, if you can, always preorder or order 2. so if one has quality issues, you have a backup. I tend to give the other sets as a gift. pops make wonderful gifts!

as for quality with the blue lantern flash, both sets were hit and miss. both regular blue flash had paint going too far down on his mask. metallic one seemed better, except for a couple paint marks on one of their faces.

black flash typically doesnt show up on their site, its always listed as sold out. but during conventions, they use to have a couple on hand. so maybe hope a fanatic sees some at an upcoming show.
