There are a few methods but one of the best ways is to use a black light UV flashlight. Very affordable and worth the money give it a search on Amazon.com or Ebay. They cost around $10. You charge up the pop by shining the UV light on the pop.

I've done that but it still don't glow that well. Maybe my blacklights too weak.. gonna have to hunt around for one. Thanks for the tip!!! ;-)
