I saw a Jack Chase at a GameStop the other day. It was sitting on the counter behind the register, on hold, for an employee. I was so sad.

I would love to find a Grady Twins Chase but at this point I would just be happy with the regular Target exclusive Grady Twins.

I'm recruiting friends and family to help me hunt for the chase Grady twins (if we get a release date), but knowing the other collectors in town and how our Targets have handled releases in the past (meaning the employees kept some), I'm nervous I won't even get the regular one. But if I miss out, I'll probably order it from popcultcha and try for the chase there

The Grady Twins chase is the only chase that gives me anxiety before its even released. Im not even confident any will hit shelves before employees scoop them up.

I too am more worried about the employees... BUT that is the nature of the game :eek:

Yipes, there's a Grady Twins Chase set on the bay for about 500 chicken sandwiches..was nervous I may need to resort to that to complete the set and hope that does not set market price... :eek:

I too am more worried about the employees... BUT that is the nature of the game

I know that is Nature of the game and I wouldn't mind as much if it was for their own collection but when they are turning around and selling on EBay is when I get angry.

Over the weekend, I ordered the Jack chase and regular Pops from Big Bad Toy Store and they arrived today. I normally wouldn't bother paying more for a chase, but since I think it's cool and a perfect gift for my sister's birthday present, I did.

I'm crossing my fingers to find the Grady Twins at Target.

Totally. They are both a must own. Might have to just pay a little more to secure one. I don't want to take any chances with Target. ::eyeroll::

My local target is awful. They never seem to get many in and the employees hide them and buy them for themselves.

I have to admit, I hate horror movies (they give me nightmares) and don't collect horror pops, but I had to order one of the Jack Torrance chase figures, it was too cool not to. Now the twins - no way, no how. I hate long hallways because my mind always projects those little girls at the end of it. And my darling spouse already promised to place them in random spots for me to find - bathroom counter in the middle of the night, on my car in the garage, etc., including worst of all - our hallway - if I bought them.

There is no way the Chase Twins will go for 500 lol

. Almost every pop initially goes for tons and tons more. I could see it maybe going for $100-$200 and even that is pretty steep. Other 1/36 chases don't even go for that. I think by christmas time it will be surely between 100-200 at most. But maybe I'm very wrong.

Also, has anyone seen shining pops at any mainstream stores yet? Not random comic book shops and local business. I'm talking like FYE, Walmart, Toys R Us, etc. I know they have been all over Gamestops and most Hot topics but I think that is it?

I can totally see this pop selling for $500 when they first start hitting eBay. People spend lots of money to be able to be one of the first people to have the chases.

Success. A family member was able to find the Grady Twins chase in Orange County for me. A nice add to my chase wall. The 1st time my wife and me tried there was a lady in line at 4 am. She bragged about knowing people who work at target and got the chase that morning.

They got it Sunday morning. I don't want to say where because there is a flipper in that area that everyone I have run into really doesn't like. He has an Instagram account were he disrespects the community and brags about being a flipper. So I don't want to tip him off about anything.

I went to 3 targets this morning, the first one I camped at had no chases so we left. The second one I went to had a chase and just sold out right when we got there. The third one was shady, we were waiting for them to "find" them on the floor because they were still available. We waited around for an hour at electronics and then they just went of stock off brickseek... like wow we were the only ones waiting how does that even happen..

Odd timing on this but, I went to Target today. The had the Grady Twins pop sitting there. All of their pops were restocked it seems. They had a bunch. It wasn't the chase though so I didn't pick it up. I left it for someone who would really like them. It was so random though! Target in North Wales, PA for anybody that wants to take a shot.
