I would have to say number 2 is most accurate for me. The only time I take a pop out of the box is if its something like a Krampus that has detail on the back of it but then I put it right back in the box.

Pretty much #4 for me.
Though all but the boxes from my earliest pops are folded flat, inserts labeled and in storage bins in the garage. The boxes from my earlier (Wave 1 Hobbit) are in a trash heap somewhere.

4 & 5. I keep some boxes, but most have been long since thrown away. I never plan on selling my pops so I usually don't see the point in keeping the boxes.

Between a 3 and 4 for me. Mostly all OOB, some boxes thrown out, some stored. But sometimes I just really like how it looks in the box and keep it that way.

I would go with #2. I have taken $500+ valued pops out of box and taken pictures but then they go right back in. I do have some lower valued ones that I like out of box though

I’m #2. If I really like a pop, I’ll buy 2 and take the second out of the box to display. That’s how I roll.

Definitely 4. To me, they always look kinda lonely sitting in their boxes . I have displays up, and only ever touch them to rearrange them. I keep boxes only for more valuable ones, rest get thrown out.

I'm a #3 - most of my Overwatch is out of box and on a shelf at work. Everything from Disney Afternoon is oob and in a baseball bat case. Then there's a ton of stuff still in box. So it's probably something like 200 in box vs 40 oob.

I'm a 2 or 3. I store them in boxes but often take them out for a quick play / photo session. If I had a toy room, they'd all be on display, but I need to buy a new house. One day!

To be honest I am a OOB Collector, however I have a pop that I will always keep in it's box, as it is a custom pop that my wife got me, and the box just makes it even more awesome. It is a custom Thor spinning Mjolnir

I’d say somewhere between a 4 and 5. I do like to be able to admire all of the little details. And having them oob makes it so much easier to grab for photo ops. But, I need better shelves

I am definitely #1, although don't use Pop Protectors. Not a single Pop has ever left the box and never will.

Somewhere between 4 and 5. All Pops are OOB and on display (including chases and exclusives), but I don't throw the boxes away. They're either used as makeshift risers or they're flattened and stored in plastic tubs.

Between 1 and 2. I just started creating my Grail wall and they are all in Pop Stacks. (49 so far) I recently started buying Pop stacks to be readily available in case I acquire a Grail.

yeah, I get that a lot from other collectors. I opened a Martian "Mars Attack" in front of the seller after he said he kept it in box since he bought it back in 2012.

Anything I display out of box has an in box twin. Some things are just too cool to leave in the box, but my OCD requires one to remain pristine in the box.

Here's how it goes. My Funko pops, dorbz, minis, and pint size heroes all have rental space in my bookshelves. PSH and minis are too small to need any space so they live in a wonderful community on the bottom floor. Pops and Dorbz have their own dorm rooms they hang out in when they're not working on photo shoots with me. I'm such a bad employer cause I don't pay them very much. But I think it's a fair trade; they take up so much property by living on site. My pops have the nicest lot of all.
