Does anyone keep a ledger or spread sheet of how much they have spent?

Just got a call from my mother who is traveling in Australia. She actually went to a comic store to see if there were any POPs that I need. I mentioned a while ago there was a small chance she could find a retired POP there. I'm pretty sure that's the only comic shop she's stepped foot in other than the one I work at. Anyway she just called to ask about some characters... It's 11:30 at night where I'm at! lol So yeah, ya got it bad when your parents travel around the world and all you want them to bring you back is a retired POP!

I have an excel spreadsheet to try and keep track of things. Once I started doing pre orders I needed a way to track everything. I got it bad.

I use the collection app on my phone to keep track of what I have. If I had proof of how much I've spent, especially in the last year I'm pretty sure my boyfriend would leave me lol On a purchasing hiatus right now but I have 3 POPs and 2 blind box Penguins set aside for myself at work, all to use for customs.

Nope, I really don't want to know (and I don't even have that many in the scheme of things)

I do keep a spreadsheet though - so I know what I got, what's on pre-order, what's in transit and where they're all coming from.

I don't think I have it that bad..I tend to buy between 2 and 4 every two weeks (I get paid bi-weekly). I don't consider it bad, but my family thinks I'm crazy.

When I do go out to buy, I can never pick up JUST ONE, though..not possible.

It started so simply. "Oh Hey, Rick Grimes! I love Walking Dead. I should get this weird little guy." 9 months later I have close to 150 pops, I'm cruising Ebay every day for deals and exclusives, and just spent a hundred bucks to build custom shelves for display.

Bad enough that in less than a year I've accumulated over 100 Pops; but not bad enough that I didn't just spend almost $600 on a life-size prop replica of Mjolnir..... :D

I only collect Batman toys, and have no interest in prototypes, since there's always more Batman stuff coming out from different companies that I'd rather spend my money on. But even still, I have 31 pops currently, with two more arriving in the mail today (Batman Beyond and Glow in the dark Harley), as well as 7 more ordered and on their way soon (the Adam West set, standard Batmobile, and the convention exclusive 66 Joker and 66 Batman).

Really love these guys. I need to go back and track down some of the chase metallic figures I'm missing. Luckily none are too expensive, as I managed to snag the original SDCC exclusive variants when they were first released.

My friends hound me saying that my funko pop purchases is like a drug addiction.

Since I started (almost a year ago), I don't think I went a week without buying a pop at least once a week.

I don't want to know either. If I actually sat down and did the math I think I would be horrified. That being said, I really do need to keep track of how much these little guys are costing me if for no other reason than to make sure I don't pay too much for a pop. I would hate to get cheated on something.

I have quite a few addictions when it comes to collectibles so I can't quite say that POPs are the only ones that have stolen my heart (and my money, haha). But they've definitely hit me harder than my other collections this year, that's for sure.

Luckily, POPs are rather easy to find in-store and they're a lot less expensive than all of my other hobbies... so I don't feel too guilty when I pick up new ones.

I have it pretty bad. Looking to buy a shelf set similar to the one posted already because I no longer see walls, I only see somewhere to display Pops. Nearing 150 with a whole bunch pre ordered, I'd say I'm hooked. I check Amazon and eBay more than fb, twitter, and email combined, lol.

Bought the adventure time set, then the tmnt set, then while cruising ebay one day saw someone selling their whole collection of 110 pops....you could say things escalated quickly....

It's a sickness. I started collecting the first week of November, 2013 and today my collection currently sits at 160 POP's. After tomorrow, between my girlfriend and I, there will be about approx. 50 more added. I removed my extremely large DVD collection from my large book case and filled that up with pops. I then purchased 2 smaller book cases which didnt even last 2 weeks before reaching capacity. And yesterday I bought 3 shelves. I have spent an obscene amount of money on POP's. I do keep a ledger of the amount I have spent but I haven't actually added it up. It's gonna be real depressing when I do and my lady will rip into me if she knew.

I have been able to tame my drive for more and more wants. Nothing that serious. We do have close if not over 200 but we have been collecting since the first series of Star Wars came out. Of course with all these anouncements there is a lot more coming.
I collect Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar, Game of Thrones and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Name is exactly what is in my user name, Justin.

I, too have a ledger of what I have brought, how much it cost, and what I want in the future that's already been announced. I have To really control myself or I would slip and extend the pop collection I already have. This and power ranger 20th legacy line is killlling me this year. Good thing PR is one year only, then I can strictly concentrate on funko pops!

After reading this, I'm just glad to know I'm not the only one. We started in October and are closing in on 100, and even have a custom shelf being created that resembles an actual Pop! box. I haven't had this much fun collecting anything in years though so I'm good with this newfound hobby addiction.

This weekend alone my fiance and I have bought 24 pops....I don't know where they're going yet we're already out of room with the ~120 we already have.

A year ago I thought my fiance was crazy for spending money on these things....then I saw the R2D2 pop that was going to come out, and I bought two of the 9" batmans on clearance at B&N...next thing you know it I couldn't stop.
