.AND WE'RE BACK!Well, not sure you were all locked out as long as I was, but it's been weeks for me. And the gang (below) is glad to see ya.

So, even though it's Saturday, let's pretend it's Wednesday. I thought I'd go back to the pieces I no longer have and regret it.
When I was in my first year (or two) of collecting, I was out of control. And anything that came in a set triggered a completist-fanaticism-gene I wasn't aware I had. One such obsession was Betty Boop. I was influenced by a Funatic who went by cigargent. He had a great appreciation for Betty Boop and I fell in love with the little lady. Betty Boop was a little bit before my time, but the variety of Wobblers was awesome. I never got them all--I had about 30 Boops (there were about 40 of them in total). Sadly, I can't find a single photo that shows all of my Boops together.

I'm not really sad these are gone because I was more enamoured with it being a set rather than being a Betty Boop fan, but they were great Wobblers. They also took up a lot of room and when I downsized, space for 30 pieces was precious. So, here are a few photos of the infamous Betty Boop.

And that's not to say they're all gone. I still have the 20-inch set. I just couldn't let those go. For size reference, they're standing in front of my desk. I also kept 3 Wobblers, the Betty Boop Singer set (gold regular, B&W chase, and pink from SDCC 2010).

Well, that's it for this week. Hope you're all doing well. Wobble on!
