Meet my fabulous fictional feminist female Funko figures - still above my bookcases, but now on shelves where they can Pop out of their Pop boxes and be seen properly :D
These are two separate sets of 3 shelves, both just below the ceiling.

I’d ideally work on the lighting to show them up to their best effect (both these photos have been lightened) - but they’re still rather pleasing.

I have some other Pops too, but my main collection is the female characters who inspire me, and they’re the ones in the shelves. The other few are dotted about elsewhere. (Mulder isn’t female, but he’s tagging along with Scully).

The ladies are looking good! Oh and Mulder
Current count over 3000! I love Count Chocula! Currently trying to aquire all things count related.

I thought I'd send an updated picture of my bookshelf after reorganizing it for the Funko Photo A Day challenge! It's so cool to see how far I've come, and this doesn't even include the Office and more Scooby Villains I've acquired over the past couple of days! :D

It was my picture that won but my husband set up the shelves and lighting (Hirokus_Bane). All I did was put the pops on the shelves and have a healthy obsession with Harry Potter.

Great collection. I love displays that incorporate Funko items with non-funko items. It adds another element and I love it.

This is awesome. What did you use for the lights? Where did you get the case?

Shelves from IKEA the lights from amazon. Amoxxon was the brand but there seem to be a lot of brands that are essentially the same thing. They were a bit of a pain to use with the 90s and connectors but eventually got it working.

Thanks! Right now I have these puck lights but the battery dies so quickly

Yeah those are hard. Some of those puck lights dont last long at all. If you can find ones with LEDs that usually drains slower but still going to burn through Batteries.

Thanks.
Captain Janeway, Tasha Yar and Kira Nerys are all customs from EMX - Custom Pop Yourself (as is the Carrie Mathison one on the same shelf). I really like them.

I’ve got some other Trek Pops too:

- but I don’t have a way to sensibly have them out of their boxes.

I wish they’d make Pops for all the Trek series - especially don’t understand why there are no Discovery ones being made at the moment, those would be great.

Will share detailed per quadrant soon! :freddy2:

Love it! Very impressive HP collection. I love the wanted posters as backgrounds. Lots of inspiration I will feed off of when I expand my HP collection.

Do it! You’re destined to do this. I can tell! lol

Haha
My husband posted some pictures of my HP collection in this thread (hirokus_bane) but I've already added 5 additional pops I need to place and I still want to buy hard copy books for display as they look really good next to the pops.

Haha agreed. HP merch looks good in general.
I have bought the sets of books at least 3 times but I lent them out and never got them back. I bought them on kindle and audiobook so I wouldn't have to deal with losing them again but I do want to get them again for display purposes.

Haha that would be a successful way to make sure they returned.
I don't lend books out anymore. i either gift it if I really want someone to read the book or just highly suggest it until they buy it themselves.
