That's not what I read from Popcultcha. As of now, they are going to be at Australian conventions and there are no current plans to put them online, but they didn't say never.

I can tell you atm they will not go online for across the ocian sale at least not till the end of the year, the convention they will be selling these at is one I work for and it’s in the rules that they are to be Australia exsclusivs but god only knows how long that licensing will last
