Anakin and General Grievous!!!

I missed out on those Walgreens Pops. I'm kicking myself for not checking here earlier in the day. I really wanted that Sabine and Grevious, and probably would have ordered the Scarif as well. That Sabine is probably in my top 5 of favorite Pops. Same with that Walgreens exclusive Rey that I never found. Even though I said I had given up on Walgreens, I've still been stupidly checking, including a location I hadn't checked before. Still nothing.

Mine should be arriving at my store today as well. One thing of note...I get warehouse tomorrow and there is a case of 8 Star Wars exclusives on it so we'll see what is in that case.

still no shipping notice for my grievous, even though other people are receiving them. since my order hasn’t been canceled yet, i’ve gotta believe that this means they’re expecting more online at some point. i’m thinking my order has become a backorder.

Well, according to the tracking that Walgreens sent me, Sabine and the Scarif Trooper arrived in store but my Grevious has yet to ship out. Stopped to try and pick them up on my way home from Gamestop and they were there, but the manager said that she couldn't give them to me because they were listed as "waiting for payment." I also noted that I haven't recieved an email telling me that my items are ready for pickup, so I wonder if they only complete payment after sending out that email. Really hoping that they don't cancel my Grevious, maybe they're waiting to send him out before charging me? Also, an unfortunate side note, the manager decided to open the box to see if the items were the ones I ordered and while looking at them, I noticed that the back of Sabine's box was WRECKED. It doesn't bother me too much since I display OoB anyways, but boy did I feel some twangs of OCD about it, .

With that said, I'm guessing the Walgreens exclusive case I get tomorrow will be all Scarif's, or maybe even Rey since my store never received her. We have a Rogue One case coming the 18th...maybe that is the Scarif. Either way I'll let everyone know if it's worth checking your Walgreens tomorrow.

Now thinking about it...there's something else that's making me think this was just online only for Sabine and Grievous. The back of the box only has Grievous and Qui Gon. The Sabine box only has Sabine and Ahsoka. Makes me think these were very limited.

Scarif should be in the Rogue One cases. Likely you are getting in a shipment of Rey.

Scarif should be in the Rogue One cases. Likely you are getting in a shipment of Rey.

The part that makes me unsure though is the rogue one case says assorted in as400 and is non basic. Something I'll check tomorrow is if maybe the rogue one assortment is linked to the Star Wars exclusive.

Am I the only one that initially didn't even realize that it was Anakin in the picture? I just saw Grievous and did a little happy dance and just saw a blonde in Tatooine clothes and thought it was Luke on first glance. Saw the thread title again and wondered how the heck I could have missed an Anakin! And then I realized. young Anakin. Well, that is a pass for me, but I'm happy for everyone that has been wanting him. Just need a grown up Anakin, a General Kenobi and maybe a Mace and I will be perfectly happy with a very small prequel collection. I'd like some additional characters from the Clone Wars though

Just picked up my Sabine and Scarif trooper in store pick up. Packaging was non existant just stuff in side ways with no room and no other padding. Amazed they came pristine. Now just need Grievous.

The Walgreens store I work at in Bolingbrook has 5 exclusive Reys that haven't moved in 4 weeks, if anyone wants some for $9.99 plus $4 shipping, just PM me and I'll grab some for ya after my shifts.

I guess I was among the lucky few to get Grievous, why in the world would they make so few of a character everyone has been demanding? Then again,cough cough QUI GON cough Anyway not to rub it in but Grievous is amazing. The detailing around the eyes in particular is quite nice, and the cape looks awesome!

i mean, that’s the big question, right?

this REALLY needs to be addressed by someone. joking and empty threats aside, this is the sorta stuff that makes people want to stop collecting. between limited editions, exclusives, international dealings and subscription box deception... funko’s name is getting pulled through the mud -- rightfully so. and it’s getting harder and harder to give them the benefit of the doubt.

for a company that prides itself on keeping things FUN, i’d love to know what’s FUN about all of the runaround that fans are forced into, with stalking random australian stores and blowing off work to refresh a website, all in hopes of getting highly-requested main characters (not just cool variants). you can’t help but feel that they’ve lost touch of what their customers want.

i’m lucky, because i have both the trade bait and cash to afford qui-gon and grievous. whenever i can find someone who will let theirs go, i’ll manage to get both characters. but it’s sad that so many people -- the ones without deep pockets -- will be left on the sidelines, and all because of funko’s ignorance.

I really hope Grievous will come back in stock at some point or get a wider release in stores. But I've completely given up on getting Qui Gon. Hopefully if they do more Prequel Pops they're not limited like that because I actually really want those characters.

That's a good point actually. Why have all the recent prequel Pops been exclusive? Qui Gon- NYCC. Grevious- Walgreens. Plo Koon and Kit Fisto- exclusive. We have been wanting more prequel pops for a while now, and when they finally come- it's a race to get there first.

Hopefully it's not a licensing thing with Disney/Lucasfilm. Walgreens exclusives though are at least easier to get than Qui Gon is going to be.

Love the mold for Grevious I just hate that the body is soft and very weak. I hate the stands but just like IG-88 the legs are not strong enough to support with out the stand
