It is a Deadite from Army Of Darkness. Truly a classic.

Thanks Tres!

Like Howard said, it's from Evil Dead: Army of Darkness. GITD Deadite was a Bangkok CC Exclusive. There is a regular, normal release version too :)

Thank you both for the info! Was it a Pop Asia exclusive? Looking at in-box pics of them they have that funky sticker I've only seen on those.

I really dig how just the skeleton and skull glow, what a great effect!

You know what, I didn't even look at the box when I got it in the mail... I opened him up immediately and set the black light on him haha. I'll get back to you about this!

EDIT: Seems like it is a Pop! Movies, but PPG says Bangkok Exclusive.

Thanks! That explains why it's so spendy on eBay. That one is definitely on my short list now though, love your pics!

Is that under black light or with lights out? I've noticed that some of them do that under black light- their bodies and heads glow different colors. But usually with the lights out they glow the same color. It's a strange/cool effect.

I paid like 100 bucks for mine back when they first came out, and once I had it in my glow case I considered it money well spent. It glows really brightly, right up there with Adipose, Creature, Kratos, etc. But what's even more cool is she's got the whole spooky ghost theme going on, so she -looks- like she should glow. It's a great Pop. And now that more of them are out there due to them being released in the box set at the con here in the US the price has dropped dramatically on eBay. It's definitely one all glow fans should consider picking up :-) I wish they would do a glow Aswang, that's another that would be super spooky/ awesome!

Lights out! It's amazing! I searched around and found a guy on Reddit that has one like that! I like different colors so I'm totally hyped by it.

I have to say, Goblin and Swamp Thing glow really well! I don't have any way to fully charge them, but I can still see them faintly glowing when I turn off the lights at night lol I hope I can get something set up so they show off their true potential!

You never know with Pop Asia, the White Lady was supposed to be 1/500 I think? And the bloody version was 1/100? Can't remember the exact numbers but it was very limited. But it turns out that was just the first offering. I would hate to pay 100+ for this one and see the same thing happen where they flood the market with a bigger second wave of them. I wish I had a crystal ball ;-)

Cool! I have but have never checked it's glow because I'm out of space temporarily. That reminds me of the blue-armed Baymax though :-)

I was surprised at how well the GITD Walmart Ponies hold a charge! They glow really bright.

The 10th Doctor Regeneration Pop glow is pretty cool too.

According to my humble little collection of glowers, it really is a complete grab bag in terms of which ones hold a charge and glow the brightest.

I literally put all four of mine (Frankenstein, his Bride, The Glowing One Feral Ghoul, and Pearl) in my bearded dragon's tank all day right under the heat lamp haha. For Frankie and Feral Ghoul, that's the only way to get a decent charge, which is kind of weird considering how the Ghoul is just covered in GitD paint. He may be my weakest glower.

Frankie glows pretty well, but only for a super short amount of time, unfortunately. Pearl and Bride of Frankenstein are natural born glowers, though. Bride especially holds her brightness for a super long time.

Unfortunately, I lack both a decent enough camera to take pictures of their natural glows and a black light of any kind, but one day I'll show 'em off.

I have to say, the new GIDs are awesome glowers. Not sure if they changed the formula, but I just picked up Amethyst and Pearl from HT yesterday and after only a minute under my UV flashlight, they stayed pretty sharp for almost an hour. Love it!

YES!!! Funko made glow versions of the monster cereal Wobbler rides, and Brian has announced there will be FIVE (squeals like a schoolgirl) monster cereal Dorbz Ridez with a couple coming for NYCC. I am hoping beyond hope that they'll do some glow versions in either Ridez or Rides form some day as a tribute to the wobblers! By the way I have both of the glow wobbler rides, I'll try and post a pic soon. They rock :-)

In another thread I suggested a glow version of Freddy's Ride, man I would love to see that happen!

Usually when I get a new glowy goodness Funkomite I toss it into the glow bat case and snap some pics for this thread, but what I don't post pics of much is my desk where I temporarily display some glow goodies before boxing them back up pending the day I finish my display room project (currently underway). This is kind of a rotating display of newer and older acquisitions, there's no real order to it but it makes for a fun splash of color to look at it when I turn the lights off at night :-) They're lit by a cheapo Walmart black light. I was thinking about picking up the GITD Godzilla but not sure if he is worth the add. I'm charging my glow POPS with a florescent now, before I order my power supply for the leds. Out of all the Steven Universe glow Pops, Pearl is the best. I'm going to get some pics after awhile. My BEST glower right now is Vault Boy.

Personally I love both Godzillas, they add an awesome splash of blue color to a grouping of glowies :-) The atomic breath version is less impressive due to it mostly being painted, but it's still very cool. But if you want maximum glowy blindness in a 6" Pop, man Kurama is where the bar is set.

Yea I was looking at the Atomic Breath since I don't have to drop much $$$. I've been looking into the pop Asia ones as well. I know Kurama is great, I just don't get how out of so many that one is so up there with standards.

So I charged these up. Steven Universe was horrible. Little to no glow. :(
UPDATE: Pics are not working.........................:(

Vault Boy was the Best. Pearl is more Yellow/White than green. Kratos is a greenish blue?

The whole reason we started this thread to begin with is because the glowy Pops are kind of all over the place as far as glow intensity. There's not really any rhyme or reason to it, some glow fantastic, others are average and others are terrible. Some of the Pops are molded in GITD vinyl and others are painted with GITD paint. As a rule the vinyl glows better than the paint, but it's not always the case. Some of the molded vinyl colors glow better than others. Yellow is at the top of the list. Kurama has very little paint and is molded in one of the brightest (if not the brightest) glowing vinyl, that is why it's "up there" on the glow scale :-)
Howdy, I'm Tres :-)

Unfortunately, even with LED UV black lights, Garnet and Steven still can't hold a charge.
