And a 'new' feature would be a good idea. At the very least, it would be good if we could filter the vault by 'most recent' like you can do with most online stores.

two more added today, Toodee was the first on page 31, then two were added the other day and she was pushed to 3rd, but now she's 5th and Lion-O is first... I only noticed Alex Vause from OITNB because I thought it was weird she was the only one not vaulted when Piper was.

7 added recently, Rey Mysterio was first one on page 32 last time I looked at the vault, but now he's 8th. Karen from Mean Girls I know wasn't there, and Daniel and Johnny Lawrence from The Karate Kid are the only others I don't recall seeing but they could have been there already.

Short Fuse from Penguins of Madagascar may also be new, I think previously all the penguins were but not him.

It's usually just recognizing what is on there that wasn't before. Unfortunately, there's no way to filter by vault date or newest or anything. Some people on here have spread sheets they keep to know what was vaulted and when.
