I'll still be adding the Groot figure to my collection, but I have to agree, he looked better in the concept. His head turned out too smooth imo.

Very glad this is a 12 case layout, but I hate to say this... disappointed. I'm not crazy about them. Sorry. The Marvel minis were beyond exceptional. Hopefully pics just don't do it justice?

I like the designs but not sure what I think about the 2 of the 12 being glow variants of what's already in the box and another being a paint variant.

I like the metallic Ronan MUCH better than the regular one, but I def. would have rather seen say... differently posed figures of some of the characters than gitd variants. Or even comepletly different characters, like Korath.

Sorry to revive a 5 month old topic .

I'm 1 mini away from having the 12 GotGs. But I'm wondering, are there any Hot Topic, SDCC or other exclusives that I'll need to finish. It seems like HT had one, but I can't remember if it was this line, or other ones I'm thinking of.

The weird thing is that there are two different paint jobs for ronan (not talking about metallic non metallic). I think Funko changed the design of the face makeup and the symbol on the chest later in its run. Its cool looking. Not really an exclusive, but something to note for collectors.
