This series is awesome. And best part is no Wal-Mart or Walgreens exclusives!!!
But really, I absolutely love these. They look incredible. Like many of you, I religiously watched C&D Rescue Rangers, Tail Spin, and Darkwing Duck.

WOW! These minis bring back memories! If I had to choose, the Toys R' Us lot would be the one for me. Love me some Tail Spin!
Does anyone know if we can start pre-ordering them now? Would love to get a case from Toys R' Us!

There was no need for 3 variants per store when the case won't even hold the rest of them.

So many! No way a full set will be cheap. Gonna hate to, but I'll probably have to take a pass on these as well. If there are none more common than 1/12, then perhaps.
I bought a Mystery Mini and thought it was cool. Now I have shelves covered in Funko vinyl products. What Happened?

doubles are never worth buying, I will be SUPEREMLY disappointed in Funko if anything in this set is doubled in a case.

Not if everyone else is trading the same thing
There are too many characters to see them doing anything under a 1:12 ratio

I sure hope you're right. I mean just ask all the Rick & Morty folks how that Poopy-Butthole Trading is going, or how quickly all those Princess Leias are getting swapped for big name wants.
also I just noticed this very odd quote from the official blog post
"Characters from some of your favorite side-scrolling
platform games include DuckTales,TaleSpin, Darkwing Duck,
and Chip ‘n Dale Rescue Rangers!"
interesting that they're billing these as game related and not based off the actual shows, wonder if that is for some weird licensing reason.

More than likely, yes...
I gotta say, this is a mega clusterf*ck on Funko's part. If they wanted that many characters and variants, they should have done 2 series. I get it, they have their "exclusive" deals with specific retailers but this does nothing more than screw the fans over. More and more I see the error in Funko's ways across all lines and I'm not buying it anymore. This was my most wanted set since it was announced and now I could care less. I'll buy a regular Scrooge (who's only in regular boxes, wtf) and call it a day. Collecting is supposed to be fun, not intentionally frustrating.

Do you know what the ratios will be? I'm curious what the exclusives will be like. The Harry Potter exclusive ratios are giving me heartburn.

Absolutely no idea
I just wanted to save myself some drive time and get as many knocked out as possible.
I'm not really hurting for the GS exclusives but I know I'll be spending plenty of time trading or searching ebay.

It's a good strategy. Get a case, weigh them all (if you scale), see what you're missing, hunt/trade/buy from there.

Easily my favourite announcement this year. I usually see a few that don't interest me in a set. It everything in this set is great. Will be buying a case of these for sure, only enjoying thing is popcultcha in Australia don't say which store set it is so I won't be able to chase all the exclusives with precision.

Thanks! I'm potentially interested in Gadget if she's not super expensive, so I wasn't sure if I had missed them entirely.

I'm getting a tad antsy for the Toys'r'Us Exclusives! Living in Canada, it's always a hit or miss with minis at Toys'r'Us. The Teen Titans ones just showed up, so I'm holding out hope the Disney Afternoon ones will come soon. I've done so well collecting this set (probably my best track record yet). I only need 8 of them (Gadget, Huey, Chip, Launchpad, Darkwing, and TRU Excl.). I'm trying to remain optimistic!

Thanks, I'm gonna see what happens in the next couple weeks. It seems distribution takes a vacation after holidays. I'm hoping a fresh case arrives so I can check off all the excl. and a couple of the commons I need.
