I had the same problem with the Walmarts I stopped by last night. So many common cases! I finally found a Walmart with three exclusive cases and three common cases — all untouched — but I had to be super fast because I had to be somewhere in 30 minutes. I pulled another Spider-man and Black Panther, but I also got Corvus Glaive and finally found Outrider, so that was neat. (Weirdly none of the common cases contained Cull Obsidian, so no chance of finding Doctor Strange.)
I have Gamora, Cull Obsidian, Spider-man and two Panthers posted in the trade/sell forum if anyone needs them. At this point I’m mostly looking for exclusives.

I’m thinking of going on another hunt tomorrow. The DPCI popped up at one of my Targets this morning, but this Target got a huge makeover about two months ago and put their entire Funko/collectibles area on clearance. Pretty much every Pop was $2.68. Now it’s just a tiny section in the back comprised mostly of Stranger Things merch. So sure enough I get there, and the Infinity War Mystery Minis are nowhere to be found, and nobody knows what I’m talking about.
I did find a new case at a nearby Barnes & Noble. I nabbed a second Hulkbuster just in case anybody has an exclusive to trade.

Stops the employee and asks him for the street date before he could even open the box. Employee can't find it, manager looks and street date was late March. So...if they tell you it's a street date thing they are incorrect.

I actually love when the store exclusives are variants of common characters. It makes it easier to accept that I will probably never find them.
Also: Not to cross-promote, but I have a Spider-man/Iron Spider, Hulkbuster, two Black Panthers and two Outriders for swapping in the trade forum!

Unfortunately there hasn't been a consistent layout that I've found for the cases, and the wal-mart cases I've found have been shuffled. I've found Vision 3 times now and he's been in a different spot every time.
I will say that for Groot and Vision, they're easy to figure out just based on how the boxes feel in hand.
In the cases Vision is in, he is the heaviest next to the 2 Thanos minis. So if you find a Target case that has 3 heavy ones that feel close in weight, and one barely moves when you shake the box up and down, that's Vision. If you find another mini in that case that feels very light compared to the others, that's Groot. The first case I pulled Vision from I made the mistake of assuming Groot would also feel large/heavy. I didn't know at the time that he's actually the lightest out of all of them. So I'm pretty sure the first Vision case I found, I missed out on Groot (the employee would only allow me to buy 4 minis, so I went for all the heavy ones).
Vision is in 3 possible case combos: Case A, which is Vision/Groot. Then there's a case where he's with Black Widow, and a case where he's with one of the non-exclusive rares (might be Iron Spider).
If you're using scales, Vision is maybe a gram or two lighter than Thanos, so he's in the mid-60s, weight wise. Groot, for me, was about 44g.

Nope. They've got a set date, which is when Target is planning on putting them out on the shelves, but not a street date. Unfortunately some Targets are being stubborn and not putting them out until the set date (which is the 22nd).

Yeah, the whole non-exclusive cases at stores with exclusives is absolutely bonkers to me. I wasn't paying attention, and bought a non-exclusive mini at a Target that was one of the first to put their IW minis out. It was a Thanos. I was incredibly peeved. At least I noticed before the 2nd box was opened, and I was able to take it back.
Which - FYI, Target will take back unopened mini boxes. Just in case anyone needs that info!

Yup, I took back a few unopened minis after I got Black Widow within the first 3 boxes I opened. I knew the other minis I'd bought from that case would be duplicates at that point, so back they went. Wal-Mart will also take back unopened minis.

The Targets that have put the cases out here have all put them in totally different spots. One had them with all the other Funko stuff. One had them on an end cap. One had them on the electronics counter. I really hate that they keep getting exclusives because it's so inconsistent from store to store.
