Batman the animated series blind bag keychains question
Has anyone else opened very many of these yet? Got a relatively new case at my local Walmart. Decided to just buy the whole thing and ended up with one scarecrow, two robot Batman, and 10 poison ivy. This was after finding a case that someone had already opened all the packages to find 10 robot Batman and two cat woman. Just wondering if I have lucked into two very bad cases or if the distribution of the figures Is that bad.

I bought 4 of these last week at a local Con. I got 2 Harleys, 1 regular Batman and 1 Robin.

I am not in danger, I am the danger! A guy opens his door and gets shot and you think that of me? No. I am the one who knocks!

It didn't happen with these, but years ago, I bought four of the DC series 1 minis, and they were all Penguins.
I think it's possible that the store might've mixed in some other bags from another case (it happens) or it's a distribution error as you wrote.
Good news is you have lots of duplicates you can sell/trade at least.

Trade you an Ivy for a Harley.
I doubt it was multiple cases since these just came out and were the first two cases I've seen. But regardless, I wouldn't expect to find 10 Ivy's in 3 cases so I'm guessing bad distribution. I just hope it doesn't go through the whole run.

This sort of thing seems to happen a lot at Walmart. In another line of mystery figures, I got 6 Harley Quinns and 6 Supergirls in one case.

That happened to me as well. I got 4 Bumblebee and 4 WW in a single Walmart case.

Someone else on Facebook posted that she got a bunch of Catwomen ones, and with the Marvel ones got a bunch of Luke Cage ones. I would be wary of buying a full case based on multiple reports of it now.
When you bought them, did they have ratios on the back? Or did it just say assorted?

Didn't say anything. Just had pics of all the available ones.

$5 each
The bags seem thicker than usual. No peep hole. And with the small bodies and key ring blocking the heads I couldn't tell anything about them.

Re: Batman the animated series blind bag keychains question
I saw these at an LCS, so I picked up one bag to try to guess what was inside. As has been mentioned, it's pretty much impossible to discern any tell-tale shapes.
I did notice, though, that the Batman and Harley Quinn in the box window don't seem to have key chains. Those might be worth collecting if you see an empty box.

I bought 16 of these because they're B1G1 Free at GameStop through the end of Saturday, 01/06. I got a complete set of 12 with dupes of Catwoman, Joker, Poison Ivy, and Robin. Clayface is the smallest, and Scarecrow is the largest. One of the Jokers came with a missing arm.

Clayface looks so little compared to the others, but I love his toothy grin.

I created a thread in the Trade section if people want to get rid of dupes for other wants.

Agreed! It just didn't translate well. I kind of think they should have skipped him as an option and moved onto a different character since he looks so out of place.
