Freddy Pint Size Heroes Advent Calendar Issues

I didn't see this posted anywhere, but figured I would share because I'm sure more people will have the same issue.

I purchased the Freddy Pint Size Heroes Advent Calendar when it went for sale and was super excited to start opening them today. My fiance and I went to pull out the inner tray earlier and found out they were all blind-bagged which worried us because we know our luck is garbage and we'd get a messed up box somehow. After debating whether to just continue 1 per day or going all-in and opening them all, we decided to go with the latter and opened everything which kinda ruined the surprise. To start, the Day 1 PSH was totally different than what everyone else opening based on IG posts and we later found out the tray inside was inserted upside down. The worst part though was we found out we got a duplicate of course which means we are missing 1.

I know it won't matter to most people, but I figured I would share here because another funatic we know has the same problem as well. I already contacted the Funko Shop and hoping to hear back with possibly a solution to replace the dupe. I'll update whenever I hear back, but has anyone else here run into this yet and maybe already contacted them before me?

BTW the Advent Calendar might be our favorite item ever released on the shop. We love PSH and it was such a great idea so I hope this becomes a trend every year despite the small hiccup!

Hoping that this isn't a common issue, I will say that the one I opened today looks absolutely amazing, holding out for one a day is difficult but rewarding.

Sorry to hear about it. I would ask which one you've got a dupe of, but I'll ask you again after the 24th as to not spoiler alert it I'm sure this issue can get fixed either by funko or another funatic who runs into the same issue. Quality control issues happen, sorry buddy.

Hopefully they are able to send you the one you need! Luckily the Advent Calendar isn't sold out or super limited so I imagine they should be able to help you out. Please keep us posted!

I can totally understand why I got dupes of the one I did because some are very similar and I'll leave it at that to avoid spoiling people. I actually just received a response and they said I'll be sent a full new calendar and I have a pending shipment on my shop account that shows the same thing. My friend with the same issue contacted them as well and got the same response so Funko is handling it which is awesome.

Yay! I'm glad you two are getting taken care of. Funko has great customer service from what I've heard/experienced

I'm actually surprised because I'm sure there will be more customers with the same issue as the days progress. I was fine with them yanking one out of the warehouse and sending me the individual psh, but now I'll be able to gift an almost complete spare set to someone in our local SoCal group for members of this board (SCFF). May as well spread the generosity =)
