Is this normal?

I got my Fruit Brute, and Yummy Mummy 2 pack today.
When I opened the box, this is what I got:







Is this normal? I only have 2 other Dorbz, and my Ursula does have a bit of, what looks like separation, but not like this!

I can't speak from personal experience on those, but I've seen that as an issue with some Pops. Not super common, but not rare either. I've noticed that their quality in gluing pieces together has slipped a bit recently. Also having excess glue has become a widespread problem. I noticed a spike of excess glue problems on the Rogue One Pops, for example. Especially on Jyn Erso.

My Batgirl Dorbz has somewhat of a similiar problem on the top of her head. I think it's normal. Not all of them are gonna come out absolutely perfect. Like I noticed that some paint jobs can be a bit messy or eyes can be crooked. It's just the way it is. My EE Batman has one arm glued crooked in comparison to his other one. Although that particular detail actually bothers me haha

Ouch! I just checked my Fruit Brute and the joint is nice and tight so I don't know how often that happens but it's definitely not normal.

Dorbz construction is hit or miss sometimes. I have seen one other person with the exact same problem with Fruit Brute though. I wish there was something you could do, but since it was a LE 2000 you are probably out of luck

Luckily my pair is fine, but you are the fourth person I've seen with a problem on theirs. I think maybe this set just had a bad production run, regrettably.

Wow! That's really awful! With all the craziness of NYCC and being super busy, I haven't even cracked open my box. Now, I'm kinda afraid to look. So sorry this happened to you.

Yikes. Guess there are still kinks in all that production ramp up. Got me worried about the Rogue One pieces though. I should go check mine.

I like to play the ignorance is bliss game with my dorbz,all 3 of my Freddy have head edging issues and my green huckleberry has gaps.
they all stay in their boxes where I can pretend they are perfect

Hopefully they get this straightened out. Since it is limited, I know I am stuck with him like this. When I look at him straight on, I don't see it, so I am playing ignorant too
I don't like it open like that, but I can live with it, as long as it doesn't get worse, or come completely apart.

I've seen this happen with some Dorbz. It is not that common, but I wouldn't call it uncommon either.

I've got about 60 dorbz out of box and only one has this issue, sorry bout your luck
