Yet another SW Dorbz release with no announcement! You would think they'd send an email out or something. So odd! If not for Kevin finding out about it from a store employee we wouldn't have known about it until someone tripped across it on their site :eek:

I understand its Disney, but really? It was hard enough for the 11.95 pricepoint on a dorbz. Now we looking at a Dorbz more than the Higher end Hot topic pop? And shipping on top of? So hard to pull the trigger on this Vader, even being a sucker for GITD and how awesome he looks

the jawas sold out ??? i didn't know that.

i was at disneyland saturday. i didn't see any dorbz when i was exiting star tours. but i wasn't actively looking for it but still.

man i say i want all star wars dorbz and now they are pushing my limits with the price on a same mold for that price.

so gitd confirmed ?

Just look at what flocked Chewie is going for on eBay, this is a bargain by comparison :eek:

Actually I wish they had done this with flocked Chewie- sold it as a more expensive variant alongside the common version. I would rather see that than chases. How much would this be going for if it was a chase instead? Probably 50+, and people would be clamoring for it.

Yeah I was also relieved that they didn't make the GITD the chase, that Chewy chase is pricey! Ordered a Vader despite the high price.

I've got a Disney Store up the road and one by my work, so I'll check for him in-person. I saw the Star Wars Dorbz Rides there and they look pretty great, but also just a little pricey for an impulse buy.

TBH I was just at Disney and noticed that most of the Funko stuff is gone. D-Street and the Guardians ride both had the gold collector and they were still selling the vinylmation from last year. It was kind of sad.

Doesn't seem like any stores got Vader today. I bought it online, definitely a must have. I probably could have saved a few bucks if I wait for it to to be in stores but just in case I bought one!

Yeah

I wasn't thrilled with it either, but my fiance loves Dorbz and Star Wars so I had no option. It was either buy it online or hear "I told you to buy it online!" when they never hit stores and sell out online

I’m right there with you. Waiting for a coupon or at least free shipping while also worrying about a sell out but it’s not a chase and it’s pretty pricey.

I bought the D23 Cantina set off of a fellow Funatic right before the holidays and the photos I had seen do not do it justice. These three guys are so well done and I’m sooo glad I didn’t pass on them. The Tusken Raider on the Bantha is also 10 pounds of awesome in a 5 pound box. Bring on more Star Wars Dorbz! Quickly becoming my favorite Funko product.

I went to disney store near me yesterday. The manager said there is a 30% chance they will get it in stores. But they are not sure if it might be web exclusive or not. I have no idea where the number 30% came from.

there were only lukes and jawas. are these the dorbz peg-warmers of the line ? my favorite ones so far are the sandperson. the hoth han. and greedo.

They were closer to the Star Traders entrance next to the Space Mountain exit. They could've moved the display since but that's where it was when I got mine.
