Best "steal" you've ever found?

A couple of weekends ago at a flea market I found a Carol from Where the Wild Things Are, loose, for $2. That's by far the least I've ever paid for a POP! What's the cheapest/best deal you've found?

Cruella De Vil for $20 this past summer. I was in the arcade game where you have to get the key shape through the perfectly shaped hole to push the prize off the shelf. I spent $20 and got her with a almost mint box. If you're curious about the exact game its called "Winner's Cube"

DEFINITELY my biggest steal was finding a Batman chase at Walmart. I think it was 8.50

I've only found a Chase Spike at B&N, I was pretty new at collecting and it was pretty exciting. I think I bought it just because it was the first one I've seen, but I'm happy. The next best thing would be a Queen Amidala that I had seen for over a year at a local comic shop. I collect SW, but didn't really want the piece. Well, I'd rather pay $9 than what it goes for now, so I went back and snagged it. That's pretty much it besides getting first dibs on different online sales like the last Fugitive one at 3:00am and snagging a couple Pops that I needed but I didn't want to pay $50+ a piece for.

I bought a Shadow Trooper from Singapore for a couple hundred bucks last year, which was already about 30% cheaper than it was selling for on eBay at the time, and a steal compared to it's current pricing. For me I'm happy with that.

That was a brand-new, still-in-the-box Two-Face! Even back then, he was downright impossible to find. He may have even been vaulted at that point? Either way, I was an impossibly naive collector at the time who had no clue how much he would've been worth in three years time. Two-Face is just my favorite Batman villain. So I bought him, ripped him out of the box, and reveled in my $10 purchase.

Every time I look at him, I think about how much he'd be worth if I just hung on to that box...

Finding the Metallic Chase Joker one morning at a GameStop for $10 was also a pretty good steal. That one I do still have in the box

I got the Glow White Walker for $5 on clearance at HMV. Sold it for $95 less than a year later and bought a non-glowing one for $10 bucks and a bunch of other pops I'd rather have on my shelf.
