IMO ... When Funko Vaults something it usually gets re-released again later on. Like Star Wars pops, most were vaulted. So I don't think its retired but just put away until the demand justifies the reproduction.

Re-releasing would mean un-vaulting them. That's the whole point.

Yup...some, if not all of the ones listed should not have to be "un-vaulted" any time soon, if ever lol

Of the current ones listed I find it hard to believe any of those will be un-vaulted ever... there is no real demand for any of those characters and I don't see that changing any time soon.

Most of those are still abundant out in the wild.... and LOL on Gemma .... I agree there. It would be nice if people selling stuff would stop using the "retired" title. Guess we will see what kind of riff this will cause....

Frankenstein Jr is only £4.99 at lairoftheoctopus in the UK at the minute....i quite like him but does not track with rest of my collection but looks like he was not popular.

Stores order them, people don't buy them, stores are stuck with them and don't order more, Funko doesn't sell enough to stores to warrant manufacturing more. Means they're limited edition guys. Better stock up and sell them on eBay for hundreds of dollars lol

Yeah...they have also listed pieces as "Retired" in the Pop books and that has not been the case. I wouldnt read too much into it. Does not mean anything really, since they can be "Unvaulted" cough*re-released*cough whenever they want really.

I like the idea.There are too many pops to have all in production at a time so they rotate some of the older ones in with the new ones.

Some people here could update that list for Funko in an hour and it would be way better than the mess it is now. Why put Cowardly Lion up as retired and not the rest of the Wizard of Oz Pops? We know Wicked Witch and the rest are vaulted. Superman is vaulted now? That's weird to me. I just bought all the Thundercats set and I'm glad I did. But clearly those don't sell well at all so I can't blame them for vaulting them.
