Best Way to Buy Pops?

Hi everyone! This is my first post here. I've recently fallen in love with Funko Pop toys, and I'm making my collection grow. But where is the best place to buy them at a brick-and-mortar store? The store finder feature doesn't seem to work on the Funko site. I'm in Miami, and the only place I've seen them aside from the Disney Store is a comic book store in Ft Lauderdale. Any other ideas?

R you just sticking to disney or expanding to dc, marvel movies and what not?

Oh I know the answer! Disney store, FYE, Barnes and Noble, Target and Hot Topic. I think there are more but that's what I've seen so far in my search. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the welcome, lucky...I'm not particularly interested in DC or Marvel, but definitely in the rest of the lines. I have the three Ad Icons, most Disney, and a few others.

Disney for me at the moment can be found at barnes and noble for series 1 only.

I usually do my purchasing online. Either Ebay, or GeminiCollectibles. There are a few other websites out there with a fairly good selection of Funko products...and of course the message board has it's own Collectors' sales and trades section.

I have bought from a few places and i got my holiday POP from puzzlezoo.com and they had different POPs so hope it helps.

ive come to notice that here ( in new jersey) there are no POP in my local spencers gifts, hot topic, fye, or toys r us ( 2 locations) i have had alot of luck at local comic book stores, the disney store, barnes and noble, and a small selection at 2 targets!

As for B&M stores everyone here has covered it pretty well. I would call around to your local FYE and see if they have any, only about half of them do. Hot Topic has stopped carrying them around us with Christmas being over, and Toys R Us in the States doesn't seem to have them at all. Target is usually a good bet for having "some" of the comic book ones and Star Wars. Barnes and Nobles has Disney series 1 and some of the other assorted ones (Star Wars, Comics, Simpsons). I also have done well with Books A Million.

All and all, local comic book stores are going to be your only (non online) way of getting most of the pops at this juncture. Make some calls around and see what you can find, most of the employees either have no idea what they are, or can easily help you with finding what you're looking for.

I have a comic shop local to me, they had 1 pop (green lantern) and said they dont get many but got cleaned out during christmas week. I have a ton of Barnes and Noble / Disney / Target around all within a 20mile span, so I go there. I tried Toys R Us a couple different times, no luck there. As for online, I have been using Amazon (love my prime account lol

), Entertainment Earth has been great and Ebay.

Also on here, It's very easy to setup sales/trades on these forums.

Found a few Pops today...My Books A Million had some KISS ones, a 50s Elvis one, and Princess Leah and Yoda. FYE had Gremlin only. and my Barnes and Noble had a bunch of superhero ones as well as all The Simpsons.

Going to try some new Disney stores tomorrow that I haven't tried yet. Hoping to find a Peter Pan, since I can't seem to find it online anywhere. Has anyone actually bought one yet?

Thanks, Spinn, but I actually found Stitch already. Would kill for a Boo or Jack Skellington, if anyone finds any in the wild!

I finally found a comic shop that sells some funko. Found the 3 cereal monster pop, jason vorhees, and han solo and leia. What surprised me were some of the wobblers they had. Frankenberry, Bosley wobbler of flash Gordon, tony the tiger, the ramones, and green goblin. They had some blox too

Found a Disney store that was closing on Tuesday, and their entire stock was 50%. They had some series 1 for 3.99. It's at the Broward mall if anyone in the Miami/FT Lauderdale area is up for the drive. Good luck!

entertainment earth is great and all, but most of the pop i've seen on the site are released weeks or months after they've been released in store.

if you have a suncoast around (they're apart of fye, i believe) they'll have some movie pop toys. otherwise, i've been finding them at the same places as everyone else; target, disney, barnes and nobles.. etc/
