In my opinion Funko did no good with this chase, or at least the way these Exclusives turned out in the end is really bad for the entire collector's family. Seeing how they all go for $100+ already on ebay, it's a shame.

In my opinion stores like Walgreen's aren't ready for collectibles like these super popular Marvel ones. I know for them it's just another product they offer, but there's not enough knowledge amongst employees (or too much, there's always employees who flip as well) about it. Then, looking at the history of how these were distributed with no chases in the first shipment and now 4 in all of the most recent shipments, the whole situation is just a giant fail.

I mean - hunting for Chases or Exclusives is okay, and if you don't get one you maybe weren't fast enough or didn't want it enough to drive extra miles... but this? This is the biggest invitation to flippers ever! It's upsetting.

My brother is in Macon, GA for work. I made him look for the chase GG at 2 stores, 1280 Gray Hwy in Macon and 2835 Watson Blvd in Warner Robins and he said they both had all the new ones, just not the chase if anyone's looking in that area.

Thanks, Shae! Macon is a little too far a drive for me (90 mins) and I already have a set but I've been checking the tracker everyday for my area (Athens) hoping to snag one of those chases!!!

Same here! I've started branching out to other cities where I have friends and family too. As far as I know, the states that have found chases so far are Kentucky, Mississippi, and Florida. Not far fetched for NC or GA to find them soon! Good luck!

I have a set of 4 with a few of the boxes imperfect, but not bad condition. I am willing to sell at cost+shipping+packaging. I had 2 sets but sent one out to a fellow Funko Funatic yesterday.

To clarify, the Green Goblin I am offering is not a chase.

The more important question is: With the current number of 4(!) Chases per case, will there still be more Chases over the next 9 months? Because I higjly doubt every Walgreen's will receive another shipment every 2-3 weeks. To be honest, there is so much that went wrong with these and seeing how hard Walgreen's Exclusives are to get in some areas, I really don't believe in it anymore.

That being said, I really appreciate your attempts to help people and inform about the current status!

That's why I'm so upset about this mistake with 4 Chase Goblins per case. Because obviously 90% of the people buy/bought all 4 of them when they see them and either give them to friends or just flip on ebay. The whole competition of hunting a Chase (I mean, the word CHASE already explains it) was influenced by this.

That's my fear too. So many stores around me got them in mid-January that I worry they won't get anymore.

I have also seen a lot of Illinois and Texas chase listings on ebay

Yeah, someone here in Indy already found and sold 9 for between $150-$175 each yesterday (*sigh*), so I think it's more than safe to say there are 4 Chases in at least some of the cases shipping right now.

Sorry, my point was the stores you mentioned receiving two shipments of Spiderman exclusives didn't receive both shipments in February. The month just began.

One of the walgreens where I found my GITD spiderman a while back restocked. Went to check it out and what was waiting for me? A chase Green Goblin. Granted given the 4 chase case rumor, perhaps it was more likely than normal I would find one, but this is the first chase I have even seen in the wild and I actually got it for retail.

Lucky, my store locator said only one spot had them, I already had them and went to see for a Chase, but no luck, now the locator has changed and it's back to the contact store. Sigh! Back to the grind of calling, looking and hopefully finding. I just know the amount of flippers here is too damn high! (Insert picture here)

Well went on a hunt today all over Dallas, couple stores showed stock, went to the toy aisle and nothing. Asked a few of the employees at the stores, they tell me nothing but Star Wars has come in. Being the nice person I am I walked away with out pushing the issue. Get back to work, and about an hr later 3 out of the 4 stores changed from the 6-9 to 2-5. Anger quickly rose within me, but decided to keep my cool. Visited the last store that showed stock one more time after work. Employee told me nothing came in and to check back in the morning. Well I get home, log on to Reddit and see some one in my area picked up a GG chase at one of the stores I visited earlier in the day. I wanted to punch a wall or something LOL then literally another hr later someone else posted another success story at another of the stores, I was denied from. At this point I wanted to go sit in a corner and cry.

This GG chase has been a heartbreaker man. I dont know what to trust anymore Dx. Might be to much to ask but if anyone in the DFW area is able to pick one up for me, I can compensate for the time and effort. I have literally driven about 100 miles in the past 2 days and have failed at my mission LOL

Yeah, I would say the prices will come way down while there is this flood, but then once they dry up, and they likely will, prices will shoot back up quick. Probably best to wait out ebay a little longer, but not too long. Like anything, this will all be about timing. Good luck!

I found a local store that got a shipment today and it was still the 2/2/2/2 assortment, no chases.

Make that 3 stores...I am 100% confident these just arrived too. Disappointing but it seems based on physical location and warehouse, "wave 1" are still going out. For those in Arizona the original 4 seem to have hit in shipments of 8 in at least 4 locations.

You and me both. I check the inventory online multiple times a day. There have been SEVERAL stores that popped up with 6-9...when I call, they tell me nothing has come in. I go to the store...get told nothing has come. I show them on my phone look it says you have them and earlier it said OUT OF STOCK. So what gives........nothing, we have nothing. Check the inventory a little later and magically it says 2-5. Are you f**king kidding me?? I FEEL your pain because I've been living it!

The Walgreens around here has the same 2 pops they had at Christmas time. Anytime I ask they always have the same answer they are just shipped to us and we have not received anything
