B&N Exclusive: Halo Master Chief - Blue

I'm sorry ahead of time for the negativity, but B&N has horrible customer service IMO. I ordered a penguin from them a while back and it came smashed and the figure was smushy like a rubber duck. I had to call 3 times for the return shipping label and they said they'd refund my shipping charge which they never did. The people on the phone don't know these are collectibles and don't really care what you have to say since I have emailed them as well . They didn't answer my question either so don't feel like your the only one.

Anyone out there have a Grunt Minor? Supposedly there was a "Halo" series and a "Halo Universe" series. One set had a green Master Chief and a Grunt and the other had a green Master Chief but a Grunt Minor instead of the Grunt. When you google them they look different, but supposedly not Grunt Minors have been seen.

i think it's the other way around... i've only seen Grunt Minor in person, never a regular Grunt. all of the photos of "Grunt" are glam shots, which leads me to believe that it was changed to Grunt Minor before release.

So turns out there was ONE blue Master Chief left (he was hiding from us!) I snagged it since I know there are still a few of you looking for one (and I fear he would've been snapped up by some brat if I hadn't've set him aside hehe) Not being particularly fond of Halo myself, I'm offering it up on here. It'd just be $12 (the stores price) plus shipping (I will not be able to send it out til Friday so not ideal for anyone who wants one in a hurry) I just want to give the guy a good home. PM me if you're interested (but know that there is only one and I have no way of knowing if or when we'll be getting any more in) If I don't respond right away, don't fear, I'm just stuck running all over the place today. Now let's find that Master Chief a good home!

When my little store got them we got a whole box (6) of them so I can't imagine they'd be treated like a Chase where it's a single one ever X number of cases. I wonder why they're so hard to find?

Went back today to check, no luck.

They only had two green Master Chiefs. I can probably go back next week sometime.

Yeah still nothing by my local Barnes. Not even regular master chiefs. They are starting to get other halo toys.

eight actually... we've had a case of 6 at a comic store in seattle, and 2 at a B&N store in hawaii.

my store has also started putting out more halo stuff, but still no pops. i still need to pick up the regular master chief and the grunt minor.

LOL I can't man, these guys have been so evasive to members on the board that I'm worried I'd have trouble finding him again and I highly doubt I'd get it for the deal I got this one. But good luck on your search, it'll pop up soon enough!

As of this morning, most, if not all (I got tired of calling around) of the B&N's in the North/Northwest/Western suburbs of Chicago now have both Green and Blue Master Chiefs on the shelf. The fourth 5" Pocket God is in as well.

Heads up Wisconsin and Minnesota...you guys are typically half-a-day behind us with deliveries.
