Official Disney UPDATES - Updated 4/16/18

So I've been making some models of things you can see (past and present) at Disneyland in honor of the park's 60th Anniversary. I found 4 different ways to utilize some pop figures. These will all come together to make an epic representation of Disneyland on the catwalk in my house by the living room!! Here is the first part that I was able to finish using pops!! If you have been to the park in the last few years you should recognize what this is a model of :mickey:

is anyone else dying to see the glams for Mulan and Mushu? Like I expected them to come out with the rest of the princesses in July and still nothing

Alright I finally watched Tomorrowland and let me tell you what a good movie it was. I'm convinced the reason why it got bad word of mouth is because of that exact reason, it spoke a truth that makes you rethink your approach to the world. It's unfortunate that the response was to bad mouth the film instead. It really deserve a chance to at least consider optimistic ideas and to be inspired and to dream for once instead of being pessimistic about the future.

That being said I'm sure someone's going to make customs of Athena and Casey.

Me too, although I did already buy Sadness and Disgust because I think those pops are just adorable, regardless of whether I've seen the movie yet or not. So I can pass on the glitter hair Sadness since it's too similar to the regular.
The Flaming Anger though, I purposely did not buy the regular Anger so I could get that one! I think it looks way better than the regular, so hopefully I'll be able to get my hands on one of those.

And now we have 2 more Disney SDCC exclusives, Joy with sparkle hair is now the 3rd Inside Out character to get an SDCC variant. And, we get a variant outfit for Regina from Once Upon A Time, marking the first glam for any Once Upon A Time character. Personally so far the only SDCC exclusives I'm considering are Regina and Anger

There is nothing I want from SDCC don't like any of them. Not a fan of Once Upon A Time and not intrest in Inside Out.

I imagine the glitter ones look cooler in person. That Anger with the flame and invisible Bing Bong though would be nice to collect along with the standards.

Inside Out Pops should be available everywhere now right? On the lookout for Bing Bong now.

SDCC Regina and Joy are gonna be a challenge to get with the limited number I think.

I finally ordered the regular Bing Bong Funko since I haven't been able to find him in any stores. Also, I saw Inside Out and it was really good! I cried at one part. The other people in the theater seemed to like it too.

I saw Inside Out last night and upon initial reaction I had to think about where to rank it amongst the rest of the Pixar library but new it was at least top 5... I have thought about it some more and this is what I came up with as my ranking of the 15 Pixar films:

To clarify, I struggled to put Inside Out ahead of Toy Story 3 but I considered that the only reason Toy story 3 brought me to tears was because I literally grew up with Buzz and Woody at the same age as Andy (I graduated HS the year TS3 came out). But I felt equally moved emotionally by Inside Out and considering that it is an original story, not a sequel, that is why I gave it the edge.

I will most definitely be buying all of the Inside Out pops, and after having seen the movie now I understand the invisible Bing Bong and the glitter hair variants of Joy and Sadness because their hair does ave a shimmer effect in the movie.

I'm disapointed in the back of Ariel's box I would of though it would of had a Princess theme showing. Another words. I was thinking it would have Ariel,Aurora,Tiana,Rapunzel,Louise and others not just only Ariel and the early ones of her and Ursula. Also this Ariel looks like is useing the bottom part of Elsa's cause Elsa also shows some leg like this one with Ariel. So could Funko use the same body for both?

I just noticed that the SDCC Regina has the right number for the television line, but it doesn't say television under the Pop logo on the box, so that makes it seem like she should be in the Dismey line. Must be like the Boxtrolls having the movie numbers but being put in the animation line.

I wish, I haven't heard anything about Mulan or the parks exclusives since Toy Fair, and I haven't heard anything about Pocahontas and Tron since Christmas

Just got Bing Bong today! He is officially my first Funko Pop! I would say Funko in general but I went on a trip to my uncle's house not too long ago and he gave me a random Funko zombie figure.

Kinda odd, if they were gonna release more Frozen merch then why not the ladies in their summer dresses instead of Olaf?

Maybe Disney really wanted to push Regina, Joy and their Marvel and Star Wars lines instead?
