I got a vault boy but wasn't quick enough for night king or kylo ren. I hope everyone got a little something.

Thought about both the Kylo and Nights King.. Still think that's too high out the gate for those LE 400s so the hunt is on now!

Still no Dorbz. Bought a Night King out of a kind of geeky spite, haha. That'll be traded straight away. All I want is Dorbz, Gemini be kind.

yeah prices will drop on ebay even for freddy's about a couple weeks after comic con it happens every year (everyone realizes they dont have money by then lol

Still wont be as easy as the old days I remember back in 2013 I paid $40 for a ace freddy and that was a 200 limited piece.

That year I got the Heimdall, Deadpool, Raphael, DK Joker, Boba and the Joker and Boba 24s all from Gemini... those kind of lucky and affordable days are long since past.

First time ever I've caught these just as they went live, yay! Really wanted Night King and dove after him straight away. Ended up with a few others too, surprised to see many of these have lasted 30+ minutes!

It usually does but when they drop dont wait to long for freddys because they'll start to rise again about 2 months later. Other sdcc pieces will stay low for most of the year unless they're numbered.

Unfortunately no. I spent every dime I had on other SDCC exclusives the last two days. And even if I hadn't I doubt I could've conjured up enough for that Freddy. But I'm satisfied. I'm in love with my Grodd and Dr. Strange. :freddy1:

Yeah I thought the same thing, those will all look great displayed together! I think when pics of these OOB start showing up people are going to be way more impressed. Freddy's big feature is his crown and you pretty much can't see it in the box.

One piece from this year you would have to display oob is cursed barbossa the cutout of his hat on the box covers most of the pop.

Thinking about pulling the trigger on a couple that are still available. Are Gemini's prices generally high? I know others have said ebay prices will come down, but lower than Gemini is now? Specifically looking at Oompa, Willy Wonka and Sting. After buying my first Freddy from Jango, I'm getting the Freddy bug!

Bummed Skeletor, Night King, and Cobra Commander weren't still available, but once I decided to just go to bed, those were a pipe dream.

I say jump on it. Years past, the eBay prices settled down but Gemini was cheaper too. I don't see any of the Freddy's getting cheaper than on Gemini. A flipper isn't going to lose out on money. And a lot of them are getting flipped.

I think sting will come down. Last year hulk hogan Freddy, and the two racer Freddys were $150-200 (am can't remember exactly). They both sat on Gemini and technically I think Gemini still has some racer Freddys for $99. But thise can be had on eBay for around $50.

But that's just my assumption. There's no true fact behind it as its all in what the market will bear and how much people want a particular piece.

Nothing is particularly tickling my fancy, but in life if I really, really want something and can afford it, I just buy it. I don't wait around for the prices to go down because if I really want something, it won't hurt my feelings in the off chance it becomes available later at a cheaper price.

Man, I missed the Kylo and 4th Doctor and those were really all I wanted. The Willy Wonka and Oompa Loompa are cool but not sure if I want to spend the $$$ on them. :/

I'm sure there will be many threads and summaries for everyone, but in my opinion this was the best Fundays ever.
I felt that I was given an equal opportunity at many prizes. The Prize Patrol were fast and efficient and respectfully requested that everyone stay at their table and stay in your seat.
The Awards were great. I like the personalized messages and intros.
The use of playing cards made prize distribution random and fair. We had 3 winners at our table. You had to turn in the card in order to receive the prize.
Lots of trading was done before, a little bit during, and a lot after.
I saw old friends, and made some new friends (you know who you are - newhousebailey).
The Funko Funatic spirit was everywhere.
I hope to think that I helped spread some spirit while helping others swap in/out of their Freddy's.

The only downsides to the night was the wait outside in the sun and the delay to start dinner. But those were forgotten quickly once people got some food and drink in them.

Thank you to everyone who planned the new rules, distributed prizes evenly, and hosted the most memorable party in a great while.

The Funko Spirit lives on and keeps growing.

At Funday's there was a huge wheel that you could spin. They had different ways to win prizes on it. If you landed on the can of corn and you ate it cold, you would get a prize.People were screaming CAN OF CORN!! It was a blast!

So this is just my own personal observation/ criticism but how does Flintstone get 4 different Freddy's but more popular(imo) ones like skeletor, Night's King, Vault Boy, Kylo Ren...They all ended up with the shaft(again imo) with the single 400 count. All of those could've had great LE24s. Scarred Ren, GITD Skeletor and Vault Boy, Glitter NK. So many possibilities. sigh ok /rant

This year's Fundays was a massive improvement over last year. I heard a lot of people complain that they personally got less stuff than previous years, but it was done fairly and to me that's way more important. No one was punched in the face, no kids were shoved or stepped on; as far as I know, no one get injured and most if not everyone had a great time. I know I did. Thank you Funko for another incredible year, and looking forward to Fundays 2017!
