Last year I got in line at 3am. I managed to get through the "everything else" line, get up through sails and join the back of the Funko line about 5 minutes before it sold out. My takeaway was that 3am was way too late.

Last year was a travesty! I had friends sleep overnight and I joined them at 2am. By the time we got out back there were easily 2-3 times more people than what was in front of us in the chutes. It turns out they routed the line to the marina so all of the late comers were suddenly first once Sails opened.

Everything was out of control and unsupervised
