I still have all my old MOTU action figures from when I was little and I love how they're making these new Pops like their action figure counter parts were in the 80's. The Scare Glow glows like the original figure did, the Panthor dorbz was flocked like the figure, and I can't wait to get the Flocked Moss Man and set my old flocked figure next to it.

Evil Lyn looks amazing. Fantastic sculpt. She is one of the all time best villains. I would love a variant in her toy colors!!!

My parents let me keep them til I was 18 but a move to Alaska, they made me give them away.

I just picked up Evil Lyn and she really is terrific! I totally second seeing her in her toy colors too! I'm very surprised that there is no Teela or Sorceress... but Funko has certainly taken care of us in the past in the Specialty Series and the Funko Shop, so I'm holding out hope that we get them that way.

This newest series is SOOOOO good! I'm still waiting on my Mer Man to arrive from Hot Topic, but everybody else is amazing! I'd love to see a Tri-Klops, tesla and Sorceress very soon! A new take on She-ra (maybe even a dedicated She-ra series) would also be very cool.

I got a good look at these in store at Hot Topic, and I gotta say, they look good. I'm so tempted to jump into these line but the completist in me would want to collect the older figs...and they cost a pretty penny. If they have an ECCC exclusive, that may trigger it for me. :eek:

I don't understand why they feel the need to keep putting out the same characters with different variations. I think they should stick with one mould and if they want to make a few color variants or an SDCC piece with that go ahead. But don't make the same character in a new mould. I think this is what kills the collectible factor for me. They did this with Deadpool, Batman and Wonder Woman. Just my 2 cents.

The opposite is true. If Funko re-released the same moulds over and over again collecting would be pretty pointless.

I disagree. If they make the same molds then less and less people will collect. New molds keep people interested and keep the older collectors happy. When the same mold is released less and less people buy because they don't see a point in just acquiring the same thing over and over again. Sure it makes new collectors happy but it kills the secondary market which is important to new sales. People forget how the secondary market helps push a product.
