I received a couple of the HM Pops in the mail yesterday, the rest of the set should be here soon. I took Gus out of the box and set him in front of the fluorescent black light and I was surprised, he doesn't "activate" well in front of it at all. But then I put him in my bat case with the UV LEDs and wooooooah he really looks good! With the lights out Princess Bubblegum has always been the brightest/ longest glower in the case, but he is right there with her! Plus he looks fabulous under regular lighting too with the glitter and translucent vinyl. When the rest get here I'll try to get better pics of the whole set, until then here's a quick pic I took with the lights out showing how he compares to other strong glowers:

I need to get some of those UV Led lights and put them in my baseball display cases. I have four total now so they definitely need a makeover. lol

If you do don't get the ones off of Amazon, they're really just purple lights, not true UV. These are the ones I use:

I've also heard Ikea has the super cheap rainbow strip lights that I might give a try. I JUST NEED HATBOX TO FINISH THE SET!

I took em out of the box for a quick pic! The glow is great! No filters or anything, I just used an led flashlight.

I love the haunted mansion guys glowing so fiercely in their boxes. I pretend they are looking at me through the window of a house. I get goosebumps! Funko knocked it out of the park with those lil guys!

Yeah a small blacklight. They charge in seconds that way.

Wow, great pics Kevin and Ed! Kevin, I really like how your pics also show the translucency that the HM Pops have. And Ed, wow those pics are so clear and detailed! Wish my iPhone took pics that were half as good!

I managed to pic up the blue Duck Dodgers, yay! Just need to grab the white one to finish out my SDCC glow set :-)

Nice! My GF and I just opened our B&N box last night and tossed Croc in front of the black light. Just looking at him in normal light he looked like one of those that wouldn't glow well, but I was pleasantly surprised! The way they painted out his eyes gives him a particularly spooky glow

Well I did it, pulled the trigger on the Haunted Mansion set. Pics will follow of course

I really liked his glow! Shocked too because the paint didn't look like it would glow well.

It seems to me depending on the camera they appear to glow different colors!

It would only make sense to have the ghosts glow, but they still do look cool under a blacklight!
