#3 for me - personally, i see no point in having them if they aren't displayed (even if they're displayed in the box at least you should be able to appreciate them).

All out of the box, on display. I collect a lot of things besides POPs, and I'm not collecting them to sell later. I like to look at them.

as hard as it may be to believe I actually am none of those enlisted (or if you'd like, I'm number 3, but not exactly xD). I keep all my boxes, I keep all my pops in boxes, but sometimes I keep a few out of the box for a few weeks for lazy photosessions or when I am obsessed with a movie I have pops from (currently The Hobbit pops are out). I have only one exclusive, and trust me, he's been out of the box so many times. Sadly I sill don't have a display for my collection, but I'm working on it.

3) Some in box (probably exclusives) some out of box and on display

I like to keep my exclusives in the box. I have taken my non exclusives out to check out and take a photo for my instagram but end up putting back in the box since overtime for me it will be easier to keep clean and away from the dust and also I really like how they look in the box. I think at some point I will end up taking them out and storing the boxes someplace.

I'm #3. I love displaying some of my pops just because they look so much better. Especially if I have the proto to go along with them i display it. I don't display some of my more expensive ones like my freddys, all my flocked ones, or my rare figures. I love getting a closer look at the them and seeing all the details that go into making pops.

#4. I keep all of my boxes in a closet for all of my Pops currently, but I personally don't see a point in collecting something unless you take it out of box.

In case of needing to move house I store the boxes flattened in my room and the plastic inserts are stored in my attic/loft.

I'm a hybrid of 1 and 2.

I have all my Pops in boxes except for one, but that was because I got a duplicate so I opened it. All boxes are in pop protectors. Most boxes have never been opened. The ones that were opened were because I could tell that the pop was put in wrong so I opened them to fix placement or to fix the spring on the bobble. Afterwards they went right back into the box.

I guess I'd be #5. I still keep all my boxes, but I take them all out of them.. I feel that if I'm not going to open something, I might as well not buy it. :p

I'm a proud #5. The boxes get recycled immediately. While seeing toys in the package is interesting (especially old toys), I hate the way that looks on a shelf. If you can't touch the toy itself, I don't see the point in buying it. Also, I've been collecting since before the box was used, so if I kept them MIB, I'd have a few oddballs that wouldn't fit in...

Somewhere between 2 and 3.
We have around 170 pops, maybe about 20 out of box, the rest in boxes, about half of those have been opened, the other half never opened.

#4...though we have ALL of the 135 boxes stashed away in the attic.

The only one displayed in the box is flocked Simba, but I did have him out to look at when I first bought him. I think I will take him out if I figure out another dust free way to display him though because his box is rough...

book stores shouldn't really count because they're not in boxes to open :p

I'm #3 for sure - i'd say about half of mine are in box and half are out depending on if it's exclusive or not. I tend to keep the Marvel stuff in box also because bobbleheads...

I finally got my pop protectors but now that my collection has grown, I decided to display them out of the box but keep the boxes in pop protectors (along with a couple of con exclusives).

Keeping them in box was starting to slowly take over, it's easier to display or of the box. I need my X-Men on display

I'm # 3/4. I pretty much display all mine but I do keep a couple in boxes. But any I open I keep the box for regardless if its an exclusive or not.

I buy the pops and take them out on occasion to take a peak at their paint and their sculpts, but when on display, I keep them in their boxes because they stack really nicely and keep organization easy as well

I am definitely between a #1 and #2, there was a few that I had to open to clean some smudges off or to adjust the way they were in the box since they were a little off. For majority of the my Pops they have never been removed or opened so they keep their mint condition status.

I just started collecting last week and I'm really struggling on if I want to keep them in the box or take them out and display them. I could take some out but I really want to do all or none. I'm so bad with decisions. Lol
