For me it's Sam (Trick 'r Treat). Love the button eyes and detailed pajama outfit. Rorschach is a close second.

To me... it's a few of the more recent ones... Gold Smaug, Sauran, Piccolo, and Vegeta are a few that stand out to me as just well designed.

Oh and most the Big Hero 6 POPs look pretty good too.

OHHH and Huckleberry Hound too... super simple, super clean.
